Answer: Chicago Cubs

Wrigley Field in Chicago, first opened in 1914, and saw the Cubs' first baseball game in 1916. It was built for the Chicago Federals baseball team. It was officially named Wrigley in 1926, in honor of gum magnate, Willam Wrigley Jr.
2. I played for 12 seasons in my career, mostly with the Giants, Cubs, and Brooklyn Dodgers. I was most remembered for being the 2nd player in history to hit over 50 home runs in a season, in 1930. I also led the league by striking out 84 times that season. Who am I?

Answer: Hack Wilson

The others listed did not play for another 50 years. Wilson had a stellar year in 1930 with the Cubs. In addition to his 56 round-trippers, he also hit .356, and set a record for hitting 191 RBIs in the season.

Answer: Melvin Mora

The others listed, retired more than 15 seasons earlier. This could have been a lot worse. The video is horrendous compared to the passified outcome. Melvin was hit in the left side of his face by a John Lackey fastball. Mora was in his 5th season in the Majors, beginning his career in 1999 as a New York Met. Mora is expected to recover completely. Baltimore won the game 7-6. Lackey was in his 2nd Major League season, both with the Angels.

In 2002, Mora hit 19 home runs for Baltimore.

The Cy Young Award was named after this great pitcher. Young retired after 22 seasons in 1911 with 511 wins. After being traded from the NL Cardinals at the end of the 1900 season, Young won the Triple Crown in 1901 with Boston of the AL. The first Cy Young Award was presented in 1956, to Dodger pitcher Don Newcombe.
7. What player in the 1980s, had the nickname of "Mookie"?

Answer: William Wilson

Wilson played most of his career with the Mets, and his final years with the Blue Jays, retiring in 1991. Mookie was a speedster, and stole 327 bases. He also stretched out 71 triples. Never winning a major award, Wilson was a consistent player through his 12 seasons.
8. Brooks Robinson retired with what Major League team?

Answer: Baltimore Orioles

None of the teams listed, existed when Robinson played. Brooks played his entire career with Baltimore from 1955-1977. Robinson was a 16 time Gold Glove recepient, a 15 time all-star, and the 1964 American League MVP winner.

Although Frank was born 2 years earlier, they are not brothers. Brooks played with the Orioles, while Frank played primarily with the Reds and Orioles. Frank later went to manage the Indians, Giants, Orioles, and Montreal.
