Answer: Marty McSorley

In game 2, McSorley was caught with an illegal stick. On the ensuing powerplay, Montreal's Eric Desjardins scored to tie the game at 2. Desjardins added another in overtime to seal the victory 3-2. The Kings ultimately lost the series 4-1.
3. After a long playoff drought, the Kings finally returned in 1998. In round 1, the Kings were down 2-0 in the series coming home for 2 games. After the hit, Storr's focus immediately deteriorated, and he allowed 4 goals resulting in a 4-3 loss for the Kings.
4. Who dropped the gloves to fight Geoff Courtnall after Courtnall charged the Kings goalie in round 1 game 3 of the 1998 playoffs against the Blues?

Answer: Sean O'Donnell

This resulted in a five minute major for O'Donnell as Courtnall did not fight back. The Kings were down a man for 5 minutes, where the Blues racked up all 4 of their goals for the 4-3 victory. The Kings would lose the series 4-0.
5. What former King's center drafted third overall, was traded in the deal to get Ziggy Palffy?

Answer: Olli Jokinen

8. On April 18, 2001, round 1 game 4 of the Stanley Cup playoffs between the Kings and the Red Wings was played. The Red Wings took a commanding 3-0 lead after two periods. With just over 6 minutes left in the game, the Kings started what would be an improbable comeback. Which of the following did not score a goal during their comeback?

Answer: Man Games Lost

In the 2002-03 NHL season, the Kings just missed breaking the unofficial NHL record for the most man-games lost to injury in a season with 536. But with injuries to key players such as Adam Deadmarsh, Ziggy Palffy, and Jason Allison, they would easily surpass the record in the 2003-04 NHL season with 629 man-games lost.
10. Who became the first player to score more than 550 of their career goals as a member of the Kings?

Answer: Luc Robitaille

On the night of January 19, 2006, during a game against the Atlanta Thrashers, "Lucky" Luc Robitaille surpassed Marcel Dionne on the Kings' all-time franchise scoring list with his second goal of the night, his (551st) goal in a Kings uniform.
