1. In the beginning of the episode, The Penguin donated a thousand dollars to which of these organizations?

Answer: Gotham City Police Benevolent Fund

The episode began at the pier where Commissioner Gordon and Chief O'Hara shot two red balloons that were part of a cardboard cut out. The Penguin laughed after they fired off the guns but did not inform them why he found it humorous. The Penguin issued them a check made in the amount of one thousand dollars for the Gotham City Police Benevolent Fund as he promised should they shoot the balloons on the first round.
2. Which actor played Dove in this episode?

Answer: Al Checco

Checco, born on July 21st, 1925 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, portrayed Dove, one of The Penguin's henchmen, in this episode. He played the part for two episodes of "Batman". He also guest starred on the TV series' "The Outsider", "The Mod Squad" and "Scrubs".
3. What part of their costumes saved Batman and Robin from being shot?

Answer: Their shoes

Right before Commissioner Gordon and Chief O'Hara shot off the umbrella guns, Batman and Robin positioned themselves so the bullets would hit their shoes. After the shots were fired, Robin commented that the bulletproof soles in their shoes saved them from being shot. Batman cut the ropes which bound them and they took off.
4. Robin said that he and Batman should have charged The Penguin with what crime?

Answer: Attempted murder

Robin and Batman went back to the Batcave, which is where Robin said he wished they had charged The Penguin with attempted murder. Batman reminded him that it was Commissioner Gordon and Chief O'Hara who fired the guns, not The Penguin. Batman also said they had nothing substantial upon which to charge The Penguin either since he legally rented that pier to hold the carnival.
5. The Penguin was seen at Gotham City Police Headquarters.

Answer: True

Near the beginning of the episode, The Penguin was down at Gotham City Police Headquarters where he demanded that Batman and Robin needed to be apprehended for burglary. Commissioner Gordon informed The Penguin that he was to calm down or else he would remove him from his office. The Penguin then threatened to have Commissioner Gordon removed from his position in the department.
6. Batman received a phone call on the Batphone near the beginning of the episode. Who called him?

Answer: The Penguin

The Penguin saw the Batphone inside Commissioner Gordon's office so he picked it up and dialed to reach Batman. When Batman picked it up, he was surprised to hear The Penguin on the other line. Commissioner Gordon then took the phone from The Penguin and told Batman that he and Robin should turn themselves in at police headquarters.
7. Batman and Robin were shot by the police in this episode.

Answer: True

Batman and Robin fought with The Penguin and his men at the Penguin Protective Agency. They heard police sirens going off, which meant they were there to arrest Batman and Robin on the robbery charge out on them. The police chased after Batman and Robin and eventually shot them both. However, Batman and Robin were later revealed to be alive.
8. The Penguin drove around in a car that he gave what name?

Answer: Birdmobile

Midway through the episode, Batman and Robin were in the Batcave when they watched The Penguin driving around in the Batmobile. Sophia Starr rode shotgun with him and she mentioned how much she liked the name The Penguin gave for the car, which was the "Birdmobile". Robin yelled that The Penguin had a lot of nerve giving their vehicle another name.
9. There was a leak at which location?

Answer: Sophia Starr's hotel room

The Penguin and Sophia Starr went back to her hotel room to have some relaxation there. The Penguin's two cohorts, Eagle-Eye and Dove, arrived after Sophia stepped out and told The Penguin that they placed the bombs in the water pipes just like The Penguin asked of them. There was an explosion and then a leak in the hotel room.
10. In the final scene, Commissioner Gordon and Chief O'Hara spoke with whom after The Penguin was captured?

Answer: Sophia Starr

The final scene took place at Gotham City Police Headquarters where Sophia Starr noticed that all the gifts that The Penguin stole from her party were retrieved. She mentioned that she still felt it was possible that her love and devotion to The Penguin could reform him someday. Both Commissioner Gordon and Chief O'Hara were shocked that Sophia Starr would still consider marrying The Penguin after all he had done.
