The henchmen got the upper hand on the Dynamic Duo so The Penguin suggested they put them in the vacuum tank. The Penguin tied up Batman and Robin and placed them in a vacuum tank. Through an intercom, he mentioned that he was having the air sucked out of it and that they would die once no air was left.
