The cop raced after Mr. Freeze's van and both were seen going through some streets of Gotham City. The back door to the van opened and one of his henchmen sprayed ice onto the street. The officer's motorcycle slipped on account of the ice, causing Mr. Freeze and his gang to slip away from arrest.
