2008 Tornado of Pine Valley Trivia Quiz

Answer: Zach Slater

Zach went out to the store just as the storm was touching down on Pine Valley. In a scary instance, he turned around and noticed the tornado was crawling right up on his car. This led to Zach colliding into a tree but he survived.

Bianca had just arrived in town and Zach found her in some rubble. Bianca was unconscious at the time but eventually awakened. She went into labor so Zach helped her deliver her baby daughter, Gabrielle.

A lot of people gathered at The Comeback, Krystal's restaurant, just before the storm hit. The tornado was seen thrashing through the business, injuring lots of people. The most injured of all was Babe.

Babe was pinned under some heavy rubble at what formerly was The Comeback. JR wanted to save her but Babe said he had to save their son first or else he would die. JR saved AJ and then got to Babe and she was eventually taken to the hospital. Babe died shortly thereafter due to severe injuries.

Right as Babe died, David entered the chapel at Pine Valley Hospital where he saw JR with her body. David raced over to revive her but it was already too late. David blamed JR for Babe's death but eventually realized he had nothing to do with it.

Aidan was seen helping people who had been injured during the tornado but he wound up with an injury himself. He was examined and it was revealed that his left arm had broken during the tornado. However, he eventually made a full recovery from it.

Kendall was at her home when the tornado touched down on town and she was knocked out cold during the storm. She wound up in a coma that would last for a couple months. Kendall eventually came out of her coma after she received a heart transplant.

Adam and Erica were at Chandler Mansion when the tornado hit town and eventually both were trapped in the rubble. While they were trapped, Erica wondered if people were looking for her, such as her children and her fans. Adam and Erica were eventually rescued by Pete and Colby.

Natalia had some serious injuries from the tornado and Angie revealed that she needed a blood transfusion. Jesse volunteered to be her blood donor and this was when he confessed to Angie that Natalia was his daughter. Angie was in shock over this but otherwise told Jesse to donate the blood to save Natalia.

Charles Pratt, Jr. had just been hired to head write for "All My Children" a couple months before the tornado story aired. This was considered the first major plot he wrote for the show. Pratt would continue to write for the soap until late 2009.
