Garibaldi is looking for Sheridan, and goes to C&C to find out where's he's gone. Corwin says that he has gone to Bay 13. Garibaldi says: "Bay 13? Nobody goes to bay 13." Corwin: "That's what the Commander tried to tell him." After Sheridan had his look around Bay 13, he goes to Kosh and says: "I found myself near bay 13 earlier and had look on your ship.

It's an amazing piece of work. It made me realize just how much we still don't know about you, your culture, your people. And I was thinking, maybe we should spend some time together soon. Build some bridges, work toward a greater understanding of one another." Kosh: "Why?" Sheridan: "You tell me. You're the one who popped in my dream when I was in that alien ship a few weeks ago.

It felt like.. I don't know...like you called me." Kosh: "I sought understanding. I listened to the song. Your thoughts became a song." Sheridan: "Has this ever happened before?" Kosh: "Once."

Franklin learns about the fugitive alert and confronts Garibaldi, that the charges against Jacobs have to be false. Garibaldi counters: "Stephen. The last time you vouched for a doctor friend of yours we had three dead bodies, half the station was trashed and an Ikarran war machine was burning through decks and shooting at everything." Franklin: "Alright, fine. You don't want my advice, don't ask for it.

But I'm telling you there's been some kind of mistake. The Dr. Jacobs I knew would never sell our Earth." Garibald: "Maybe he's not the same Dr. Jacobs you knew any more." Dr. Jacobs was Clark's personal physician, and knows that Clark did not have a cold as they claimed as the reason for his leaving Earth Force One before it exploded. Jacobs came to Babylon 5 with the evidence.

Just another reason why Garibaldi makes a good security officer: "I don't believe anybody." Franklin: "What a wonderful world you live in." Garibaldi: "Yeah, well, the rent is cheap, the pay is decent and I get to make my own hours."

Answer: Going up some stairs as Sheridan and Garibaldi are discussing the efficiency of the security crew.

This is pretty easy to miss except that Garibaldi actually turns to watch the Ranger. Garibaldi and Sheridan are talking about the security crew, and Garibaldi mentions that: "These guys are about as subtle as a brick through a glass window, but they know their stuff. I'd hate to be on the wrong side with this bunch against me." Garibaldi recognizes the uniform and watches the Ranger go up the stairs.

At the same time, Sheridan notices a red ribbon and ends the conversation to rush off to meet with Sarah, Sheridan's contact with the underground resistance.

Answer: The lurkers don't pay attention to anyone but themselves.

Garibaldi sends Franklin a message with a hidden message telling Franklin to meet him in Garibaldi's quarters. Garibaldi tells him that they are going into Downbelow to find Jacobs. Franklin says: "Won't you be recognized?" Garibaldi: "Are you kidding? First, I don't get into Downbelow a lot. Second, when I do they don't see me, they see the badge. And third, I have an excellent disguise. Lets go." Franklin: "Why is my life suddenly passing before my eyes?"

Answer: Downtown

Sheridan trying to be helpful: "Good. The sooner we get him out of here into a nice, comfortable interrogation room, the happier I'll be about the whole thing. Yep. You're right. He's gotta be in Downbelow." Ivanova: "Well, sir, you don't know that for sure." Sheridan: "Commander, where else could he be? I mean, come on, next thing you'll say he's in Downtown." Agent Cranston: "I didn't see anything called 'Downtown'." Sheridan: "Well, it's sort of an unofficial name for this area right in here.

It's between the hull and the water reclamation system. It's pretty much the most unpleasent part of the station, not counting the methane bathrooms. It's full of heavy machinery, lead walls and pipe all over the place." Agent Cranston: "Lead? That is just the kind of thing he'd use to block the scanners." Sheridan: "You think so?" Agent Cranston: "Cranston here. Take the search team out of Downbelow for now. Check levels fifty and fifty-one between the blue and grey sectors. And post guards at all the entrances and exits to Downbelow."

This is from a conversation between Franklin and Garibaldi while they are wandering through Downbelow looking for Jacobs. Garibaldi: "Back then it was like some long, summer night, crazy, innocent, optimistic as hell. And then, I don't know, somewhere along the line we lost something somewhere." Franklin: "I think we lost interest in the future when all the things we were told were coming finally got here. Wasn't what we thought it was going to be.

It's like when you keep bugging your folks for that one special toy for Christmas and when you finally get it, it's not as great as the vids made it look. Just doesn't run right. And you're so disappointed you shove it in the closet and never take it out again." Garibaldi: "Maybe somebody should have labelled the future `Some Assembly Required'."

Here is the full confrontation between Kosh and Sheridan. Sheridan: "You wanted to see me?" Kosh: "You wanted to see me." Sheridan: "Well, I guess everybody does. To see what you really are, inside that encounter suit." Kosh: "They are not ready.

They would not understand." Sheridan: "Am I ready?" Kosh: "No. You do not even understand yourself." Sheridan: "Could you help me to understand you?" Kosh: "Can you help me to understand you?" Sheridan: "Well, I can try. Is that what you want? An exchange of information? I tell you something about me, and you tell me something about you?" Kosh: "No. You do not understand. Go." Sheridan: "Dammit, what do you want? What do you want from me? You know, ever since I got here I've had the feeling that, that you've been watching me.

The record shows that you hardly ever went to Council meetings until I showed up. When I was captured, it was you who reached out and touched my mind. And now you call me here? Why? Just to throw me out? Are we just toys to you? Huh? What do you want?" Kosh: "Never ask that question!" Sheridan: "At least I got a response out of you. So what'll it be, Ambassador?" Kosh: "I will teach you." Sheridan: "About yourself?" Kosh: "About yourself. Until you are ready." Sheridan: "For what?" Kosh: "To fight legends."

Franklin was a student of Dr. Jacobs while at medical school at Harvard. Garibaldi asks: "You were his teacher, what did he get in first aid class?" Franklin: "4.0" But Jacobs corrects him: "3.7!"

Max stole the data crystal from Jacobs, and Garibaldi is trying to recover it since it contains the evidence against Clark. Garibaldi: "Hey Max, gimme the data crystal." Max: "I don't know what you're talking about." Garibaldi: "Look, [charges gun] I don't have time for this.

It's because I've had a really bad day [shoots], and I'm in a really bad mood [shoots]. In fact, I'm damn cranky [shoots]. So why don't you give me the fraggin data crystal before I start to get surly [shoots], which is something that you really [shoots closer], really [shoots closer], really don't want." Max hands over the data crystal to Garibaldi.
