The episode started off at the Gotham City race tracks in which spectators were enjoying the Gotham City 100. During the race, a driver took his car to the sidelines in order to get the tires changed. Just then, Shame appeared and robbed the driver at gunpoint.

In one car, he stole a carburetor while he lifted the pistons from another and middle heads from a third automobile.

Near the beginning of the episode, Shame and his cohorts were seen at their hideout and the narrator mentioned that it used to be a movie studio. When Shane was first seen there, he was grinding his ax on a metal grinder. Shame mentioned that he planned to use the ax on Batman and Robin.

Batman and Robin tracked down Shame and his men at their hideout near the end of the episode. A fight ensued in which Okie Annie used her gun to shoot at a decorative item on the ceiling. The item fell on Batman and Robin, distracting them, and then Shame knocked them out by throwing a chair at them. Shame tied Batman and Robin to the ground, then shot off his gun to have a stampede of cattle come towards the Dynamic Duo.
