3. In the opening scene, Chief O'Hara and Commissioner Gordon were talking about new modifications made to help catch criminals.

Answer: True

This episode started out at Gotham City Police Headquarters where Commissioner Gordon and Chief O'Hara reviewed a rare art map that they had constructed. They both commented on how this would aid them in better catching criminals, as there had been a string of recent art thefts in the city. Just then, The Joker appeared right by their window.
4. The Joker mentioned to Commissioner Gordon and Chief O'Hara that he was now fascinated with astrology.

Answer: True

The Joker mentioned that had he spent many hours in prison trying to find something to do and bashed the Dynamic Duo for being lucky in apprehending him. Commissioner Gordon stated that luck had nothing to do with it because Batman and Robin were too smart for The Joker. This was when The Joker said he had a new fascination with the subject of astrology.
5. The Joker stole which of these items from Gotham City Police Headquarters?

Answer: Map

The Joker took the map that Chief O'Hara and Commissioner Gordon had just constructed and mentioned that he had more crimes coming up based on each sign of the zodiac. He then yelled for one of his cohorts, Venus, to come get him. She came down on a ladder and The Joker escaped from police headquarters.
6. In Dick Grayson's first scene, what musical instrument was he playing?

Answer: Tuba

In the first scene at Wayne Manor, Dick Grayson played the tuba in front of Harriet Cooper and she mentioned how nice it was that he wanted to try out for the school band. Harriet then asked Bruce what he thought and he said that nice it was of Dick to do this. Alfred then entered the room and whispered to Bruce that the Batphone had rung off.
7. What did Batman locate at Gotham City Police Headquarters?

Answer: Spy device

Batman suspected that The Joker planned to commit a crime based on each sign of the zodiac so he went looking around the office. As he did, he noticed that there was a two-way spy device hidden right by the entrance door. Robin feared that The Joker had been listening in on their entire conversation.
8. Who figured out why The Joker stole something from Gotham City Police Headquarters?

Answer: Batman

Batman mentioned that The Joker would not go to a police station just to steal a rare art map. This was when he realized that the words "rare art map" had initials which spelled out "ram". Batman realized that the first crime would be based on the zodiac sign of Aries since a ram was associated with that one.
9. Which other villain also appeared in this episode?

Answer: The Penguin

The Joker received a package at his hideout and opened it up only to realize that The Penguin was inside. The two of them argued but then agreed to team up in trying to foil the Dynamic Duo. However, Batman and Robin eventually captured The Penguin before the episode ended.
10. In the final scene, The Joker had Batman and Robin tied up so that he could have which of these items fall on them?

Answer: Meteor

The Joker captured Batman and Robin and tied them up in a separate room with a huge meteor right above them. He stuck a burning flare to a replica of the planet Saturn (there were replicas of all the other planets) and stated he would have it rotate around to burn through the cables that kept the meteor in place. Eventually, the cables would snap and cause the meteor to land on Batman and Robin.
