Celia did shave his head in season one, and she placed laxatives in Isabelle's candy stash. She also cheated on him with Conrad, avenging his affair with Helen Chen.

When the customer service rep at the power company told Nancy that Lacy's Canadian IDs would not work, Lacy spewed out a tall tale. She said that her husband was on a ventilator, from a hockey accident, and was being medi-vacced into town in the morning. She went on to offer that after the hockey incident, the doctors found cancer and they'd moved to Agrestic to be close to a specialist!
When she got back to the car, she told Conrad that Lacy was a bad lady! It's after this small victory that Nancy's guard started falling off too much.
Diane Sellers played the power company CSR. She also played a nurse on "Passions" for several episodes.

Joseph worked in baggage claim at an airport. His uniform tag revealed his employer to be Transcon airway. He called Heylia at the same time a white lady came into try and retrieve her luggage. He faked sincerity, and then called her a "white devil" as well. It was a hilarious scene, that revealed Joseph's true Nation of Islam background.

Now, here's a bit of speculation on my part: Peter said this, which backed up his secret (undercover) marriage to Nancy. He said it, Nancy believed his intent behind those words, and she never seemed to think anything else. I personally caught a look when he said it that made me think it meant way more. I think it may have meant that Peter did enjoy his undercover work with Nancy, but not because they're secretly married. I think Peter is not really Peter at all, and that he IS setting Nancy up.

He did say she was small potatoes for him, as real hard core drug dealers were what was important. I hope I'm wrong, but maybe Peter wasn't really going to Pacific Beach at all..
