The episode began with the boys at home watching television when a yogurt commercial appeared on the set. On the advertisement was a woman who ate some yogurt and the ad claimed that the taste would feel rather silky. The boys got quite titillated once the advertisement claimed that eating their yogurt would lead to them losing control.

The boys continued to watch the commercial when they showed a regular store that sold the yogurt. According to the person on the advertisement, this brand of yogurt was sold at numerous stores nationwide to indicate how it was not from a small enterprise. The boys decided they would get some yogurt.

The duo went to the mall since that place carried the store which sold the yogurt they saw advertised. They arrived at the counter but the person who was working the register was asleep. Her supervisor yelled at her to wake up since she had some customers who she had to attend to at that time.

The boys claimed that they were not sure if the woman could help them out at the yogurt store and then they refused to place an order. The manager arrived and asked them if they wanted some yogurt or if he should just throw them out. Butt-head claimed he wanted yogurt after all so the manager told him to give the worker his order.

The boys then decided to place an order for yogurt but they did not designate a specific flavor for the woman. The lady then rattled off a bunch of flavors to them to see if they could specify what type they preferred. The lady asked a bunch of other questions when the boys said they wanted the yogurt that the woman ate on the commercial. One question she asked them was if they wanted toppings and then later on she asked if they were interested in sauce. After the lady took the boys' money, she then got them a cup of yogurt for them to eat and provided it to the boys. They started to lick the yogurt but both of them stopped since they hated the taste. Butt-head found that it tasted like vomit while Beavis agreed with him on how horrible it tasted.

The manager overheard Beavis and Butt-head complaining so he went out to see what was going on with them. They both discussed with him how much they hated the taste and then they asked for their money back. The manager pointed out a sign to them that indicated they were not a participating location in regards to a promotional offer that guaranteed dissatisfied customers' a refund.

Beavis and Butt-head were advised to add some toppings to the yogurt the next time they ordered it since that could positively affect the flavor. The manager then shoved them out and this caused the yogurt they held to splatter in their face. The manager laughed at the duo for how they now looked.

Beavis and Butt-head took another taste with the yogurt to get some of it off their faces and they both discussed how it now tasted like paint. This gave them the idea to use some remaining yogurt from their cups as paint so they went around the mall smearing yogurt all over the place.
