Beavis informed Butt-head right after the commercial that it seemed as if they were both sick. This led him to tell Butt-head that it would appear as if they needed to see a physician right away. Then, Beavis placed his hand to his nose and blew on it to reveal even more mucous.

Beavis and Butt-head arrived at the waiting room ready to see a doctor when an array of patients was there to receive medical attention. One person who wandered around there had a bunch of items lodged into his body. It was clearly visible that a fork was lodged into the top of his head.

The gentleman was called up to discuss his problem with the receptionist so he informed her that he had a fork stuck in his head. However, Beavis managed to get a hold of his number, 83. He and Butt-head shoved him out of the way and claimed that they were 83, the number which she called.

Butt-head informed the receptionist that he and Beavis were not feeling so well so he claimed that needed a "subscription" to the cold remedy. Just then, Beavis grabbed his shirt to use in order to blow his nose. Right after this, the receptionist mentioned how much she wanted to go on break.

The receptionist stated that the boys needed to go into a room as quickly as possible so she could get on a break. She asked them to use room number seven and mentioned that a doctor would be in shortly. She then proceeded to take her break since it had been over two hours since she last took one.

The doctor mentioned to Butt-head that she would like to first begin by examining his ear to see if there was anything wrong with it. Butt-head was not cooperating so the doctor realized that she would have to speed things up since the boys were not understanding directions.
