Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. How old was Giles when he dropped out of Oxford?

Answer: 21

He had been studying History and The Occult.
2. Who did Giles tell Buffy was the first person Eyghon killed?

Answer: Randall

Randall, Deidre, Philip, Giles and Ethan supposedly made up their group, but in the early scene of Giles trying to find Deidre, we see the name Thomas already crossed off the top of his note pad. So, were there six original members or five?
3. Who was the first person killed by Eyghon?

Answer: Randall

Giles kept having nightmares about the time the group conjured Eyghon and the demon took over and killed Randall.
4. Who was the first person to be killed during this episode (not in the past)?

Answer: Philip

Philip Henry was on campus looking for Giles. He wanted to warn him about what was going on, but a very decayed Deidre Page got to him first. Angel, as Liam, had been killed first in the time line, but not during the episode.
5. Who murdered the first person killed in this episode?

Answer: Eyghon

Eyghon, in the body of Deidre, melted its way into Philip Henry's body after he died. The police question Giles about Philip, and soon after we see the mark of Eyghon tattoo on his arm.
6. 'I trust I gave a good squirm?' Who asked this of Jenny?

Answer: Giles

Jenny teased Giles about ruining his favorite book and made him squirm.
7. Which of these Scoobies was infected by the demon?

Answer: Jenny

After the infected Philip dissolves into a puddle of green goo, the unconscious Ms. Calendar is taken over by Eyghon.
8. Who saves the Scooby infected by Eyghon?

Answer: Angel

Thanks to the fast thinking of Willow, Angel gets there in time to take the demon into his 'dead' body and destroy it.
9. When Buffy is at the costume shop with Ethan, what did he do to her?

Answer: tattoo her neck

He placed the mark of Eyghon on her, so he'd have a little more time to get out of Sunnydale. Later, Buffy says it'll take all her saved money to get it removed. NO sign of that tattoo was every seen, but her season three bite scar from Angel carried on into season five.
10. 'If you guys aren't with me 110%, then get the hell out of my library.' Who said this?

Answer: Willow

Willow got very upset with the always fighting Xander and Cordelia. This is the episode where I knew for sure those two would be hooking up in the near future.
