Peter told Nancy in the previous episode he was going to bring Heylia in for questioning, but he did not specify he would have a team raid her home. Nancy took no chances, and she alerted Heylia beforehand.
Once inside, Peter and his team found Joseph leading a prayer session. Joseph wouldn't allow Peter to talk to Heylia, citing that their religion forbade it.

Answer: ain't

After the raid, Heylia confirmed she would not be joining the Nation of Islam. She said there were too many rules to follow. This is when she used the word "ain't" and he told her it was a slave word. They both looked sad at Heylia's choice, but Joseph behaved respectfully of her decision. Too bad that Peter cannot handle Nancy the same way.

Answer: Shane

Shane was riding his bike when Peter left Nancy's house. Peter had just finished berating Nancy for alerting Heylia, and for her lack of interest in giving up her drug dealing. He wanted her to quit growing and selling marijuana, tell her kids about him, and marry him for real. This seemed to appeal to her about as much as eating rotting meat.
It was not until Judah's birthday party, when Peter came to their house, that Shane revealed what he'd seen. Up until this point, the only member of Nancy's group who knew Peter's identity was Conrad.

Nancy and Conrad were the only ones there when it was installed, would be the only two to know its combination, and agreed on the combination. Nancy offered her name typed out on the telephone, but Conrad (always the one with more common sense) nipped that right in the bud. The safe would hold their ready to sell stash, and required five numbers to lock it.

After several episodes of unrequited love, Gretchen made the first move. She'd been impressed by Shane's attack on Celia in the previous episode. She walked up to him in school and offered to be his girlfriend. She did make one condition. She would not kiss him until she got her braces off, and stated it could be up to a year before that happened. Shane was ecstatic with her terms, and the duo walked off hand in hand.

Celia and her four co-council members were hearing his case for a variance on zoning regulation 11.6, when Doug came in eating Sun Chips. He corrected Celia, who'd called it regulation 11.2, and revealed Walter's intent to build a giant garage for his boat. He called Walter cheap and told him to rent a slip at a marina. Celia, not wanting to feel usurped, voted in favor of Walter anyway, but the motion was denied by the four other members.

After she attacked Doug, and admitted she knew none of the council liked her, he offered a truth of his own. He told her that City Council was the only part of his life he could get through with being high. He began to feel her pain, and she his, and offered the advice to bring in vodka. He said the council did not like anyone, but they did like a good buzz.
In 2006, Grey Goose retailed in America for about $60 a liter; Absolut about $55; Skyy $50; and Smirnoff close to $40. Grey Goose came in an attractive smoked glass bottle.

Answer: Celia

After their encounter in the parking lot of the City Council office, Celia came to Doug's office to get more pointers. They shared some Grey Goose vodka, and he told her some of the juicy tidbits of their local government. As they were leaving, he offered to take her out for Mongolian barbeque. Before they could get out of his office door, she kissed him.

She broke off that kiss, asked what that was, and he kissed her back. They ended up in a compromising position on his office desktop.

Answer: nanny/assistant

In the previous episode, Andy had quit their weed business because Nancy had refused to pay him. She had explained to him how much he owed her. Well, leave it to Andy to figure out the plus side of all things. He informed her that in his time living off of her, he'd also provided the valuable service of nanny/assistant.

He was not wrong in that aspect, and he was also a cook much of that time. No need for him to mention he was a bad influence on her children MUCH of the time as well. He told Nancy he could have her paid off by his next service, according to his own calculations.

She then reminded him about the last $5,000 she owed for his rabbinical school escapade. Finally, she offered him a job at the grow house again, promising him that he would be paid.

Answer: Almond Joy

Andy took the boys shopping for Judah's birthday party. They were buying his favorite foods, and later would watch his favorite movie. That movie turned out to be "Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory", and his favorite candy Almond Joy. Andy made Chicken Parmesan for dinner, but Peter arrived just in time to mess it all up. While Nancy dealt with Peter outside, Shane revealed his DEA status to the family. When Nancy came back inside, Lupita informed her of what had occurred while she was outside.
The episode ended with the old commercial jingle for Almond Joy and Mounds candy bars.
