There was a scene midway through the episode in which Sydney and Rikki were about to head out for the evening but Jane saw them. Jane asked Sydney if they could speak in private so Sydney went over to talk and Jane complained to hr about Rikki wearing her dress. Jane asked her to have her friend give her the dress back so Sydney said she promised that her friend would return it. Rikki overheard them talking about the dress so she took it off right there, exposing her panties, and gave it to Jane. Rikki and Sydney went back up to Sydney's apartment.

She first congratulated him on his new responsibility but then she asked if it was possible for him to not administer her the psychological exam. Matt stated the test was gender neutral and he was not going to take her name off the list of those to be tested.

Jo was walking down the stairs and noticed that Jane was about to head off to work. She asked Jane how she was but Jane stated she was doing so swell due to her business and that was when Jo informed her how she knew of Jane losing a client. Jane told her that she believed Sydney was behind it, even though she had no proof that her sister did it.

She said that Sydney would likely always be unstable and perhaps this was her way of lashing out.

Jo went up the stairs to enter her apartment and, as she got out her key to unlock the door, she noticed that the door had already been unlocked. She slowly entered her apartment and asked if someone was there. As she went to her closet, she noticed that her camera was gone.
