Michael was surprised to see that Kimberly had brought home a baby for them so he asked her where she got the baby. Kimberly refused to answer his question and insisted that he was beginning to annoy her. Michael continued to bug her for an answer but then the phone rang so she told him to answer it.

Allison went to go talk to Amanda and, when she got to her office, she informed her how she heard the news about Amanda being fired and apologized to her about it. Amanda fired back at her, stating she should not be a hypocrite and that it was hard to believe Allison looked at her with a straight face. Amanda accused Allison of being happy about her termination so Allison admitted she did enjoy seeing Amanda lose her job.

Jane went to her apartment and was surprised to see Michael standing outside it. Michael told her how it was likely that it would be six months until Jane and Chris ran off together with a lot of money so Jane told him to shut up. Jake overheard their arguing and asked Jane if she was alright. Jane said she was fine and that Michael was just leaving.

Amanda was going through some files at D&D Advertising when she decided to go back to her office to clean out the rest of her stuff. When she got there, she was shocked at what she saw, which was that Bruce had hung himself. She noticed that Bruce wrote a note congratulating her on her promotion.
