Amanda saw Peter and punched him in the face for setting Bobby up for bribery.

In Jane's first scene, she was in her apartment with Allison and Jake there and Allison encouraged her to go press charges against Richard for raping her. Jane said she did not want to do that since she was drunk on the night it happened and therefore it would be too difficult to prove that Richard raped her. Jane said she wanted it all to go away so she could get on with her life but Jake told her that would be difficult.

In a later scene, Jane changed her mind and visited an Assistant District Attorney to discuss pressing charges against Richard.

Michael asked Sydney to keep trying to reach Kimberly but Sydney said she was tired of trying to get a hold of her. Sydney then started to get weepy due to Bobby's death but Michael reminded her that Bobby was only her roommate and nothing more.

She asked him what he was doing there so he told her he wanted to talk to her. Jo warned him that she was not in a good mood so therefore she would not be good company for him.

Peter told Kimberly that the cops thought he killed Bobby Parezi so he needed her to come down to the police station with him so she would confirm that she was with him the night Bobby was murdered.
