Pronounced 'Bawl-mer' by many natives. Baltimore was the proud home of 'H:LotS'.

What a great beginning to a wonderful show! The Adena Watson murder was introduced at the end of this episode.

The detectives frequented 'The Daily Grind' for coffee. Many scenes took place just outside the door.

Answer: Tim Bayliss

Ryland was set free on a technicality and taunted Tim that he would kill again. Tim shot him and then left with his belongings. When he returned after Gee's shooting, he confessed to Frank and asked for absolution. Frank said he could not give it to him. The movie was not clear about what happened to Tim afterward.
