1. "I Could be so Good for You".

Answer: Minder

Sung by Dennis Waterman. From 1979. He was the ex-con minder for shady used car salesman Arthur Daley.
2. "Anyone Can Fall in Love".

Answer: Eastenders

Sung by Anita 'Angie Watts' Dobson. It started back in 1985. I can't remember if they ever used her version for the opening of the show, but she did manage to release the single.
3. "Always There".

Answer: Howard's Way

Sung by Marti Webb. It first aired back in 1985. I believe the show originally used just the instrumental version. But after the single was released, I think they used her version. If I'm wrong, please let me know.
4. "That's Living Alright".

Answer: Auf Wiedersehen Pet

Sung by Joe Fagin. Following the adventures of a group of British Construction workers in Germany. I know they made a new series in 2002, but the original series aired in 1983.
5. "The Lightning Tree".

Answer: Follyfoot Farm

Sung by The Settlers. Fast times on a rural horse sanctuary in England. The Lightning Tree was featured in the opening credits. I remember in the last episode a new leaf appearing.
6. "Hi-Ho Silver".

Answer: Boon

Sung by Jim Diamond. The misadventures of an ex-fireman played by Michael Elphick. The series began in 1986.
7. "I'm H-A-P-P-Y".

Answer: Only When I Laugh

Sung by James Bolam. Hospital high jinx from 1979. With an early appearance of Richard 'I don't believe it' Wilson, as Dr. Thorpe.
8. "Who do you Think you are Kidding Mr. Hitler?"

Answer: Dad's Army

The oldest of my selection, it first aired in 1968. Performed by Bud Flanagan. With Arthur 'Stupid Boy, Pike' Lowe as Capt. Mainwaring, John 'Uncle Arthur' LeMesurier as Sgt. Wilson, and Clive 'Don't panic' Dunn as Cpl. Jones.
9. "Meet the Gang 'cos the Boys are Here".

Answer: It Ain't Half Hot Mum

Sung by the cast. From 1974. Set in Burma during World War II, it follows the exploits of a touring concert party.
10. "Eye Level".

Answer: Van Der Valk

From 1972, this was an instrumental performed by the Simon Park Orchestra. This was a police story with a difference. The main one being it took place in Amsterdam.
