Shortly after he set off in the truck he was stopped by the police and the vehicle was searched. C-note was found to be transporting goods and was arrested.

He later told his wife, Kacee, that he was being sent back to the army when really he was going to be serving time in Fox River.

4. In which episode did C-note become part of the escape?

Answer: 'Sleight of Hand'

C-note became part of the escape in episode 10 'Sleight of Hand'. He had been watching Michael since their first meeting in episode one 'Pilot', when Michael wanted the PUGNac. Over time he noticed little things and when the escape crew were dropping bits of rubble, he collected some and took it to Michael for an explanation. Michael refused to explain and when Abruzzi lost PI, C-note took advantage.

He became part of the new PI crew and took the opportunity to have a look at what was going on. He pulled back the carpet and found the hole.

He later went and told Michael what he knew, and after putting pressure on Michael he became the sixth member of the escape crew.
5. Who did C-note beat in the kitchen game?

Answer: Jesus

In episode 18 'Bluff' C-note had to play the kitchen game so he could win the money to buy Michael and Sucre's cell. He won quite a lot of money but was up against Jesus in the final hand. T-bag had fixed the cards so that C-note would win but as he dealt C-note's final card it overturned and the card had to be dealt again, so C-note's would be winning hand turned into a losing hand when he was dealt a two of diamonds. Jesus went all in on his hand and C-note counted his money.

He matched the bet and raised him $74. Jesus was not happy with this and he threw his cards on the table and told C-note "If you know what's good for you, you'll stay away from me in the yard."
6. C-note jumped off a moving train as it was travelling over a bridge.

Answer: True

C-note jumped off a train in episode five 'Map 1213'. He was travelling to Utah in the hope of finding Westmoreland's money and he was asked by a conductor for his ticket. He made up an excuse for only having half a ticket and the conductor seemed happy with his story.

After the conductor had left, C-note asked the lady seated next to him of he could use her laptop and she happily obliged. He then logged into the army database and looked up the double K ranch. He found a map that would direct him to the place and he asked the lady again for a piece of paper and a pen. Once again she obliged and he sketched out the map to use when he arrived in Utah. Once he had finished he saw the conductor approaching again and he was told that he was not eligible to travel as his story had not checked out.

He was also told that the police would be waiting at the next station and two guards would be waiting with him until they arrived at their destination. C-note made a run for the back of the train with the guards in pursuit and found an open door.

He looked out and saw they were travelling over a bridge and when he looked back he saw the guards approaching fast. He then opened the door and jumped into the river below.
7. Who stopped and gave C-note a lift to Utah?

Answer: Sucre

After jumping from the train, C-note set off walking to Utah, hitchhiking along the way. He heard an engine approaching and stuck out his thumb. He turned to look at the vehicle and saw the bike. As the bike went past the rider looked at C-note, and C-note was surprised to see Sucre sat on the bike. Sucre immediately pulled over and started to talk to C-note, and asked what he was doing. C-note asked Sucre for a lift as he knew that Sucre was going to Utah too.

He showed him the map that he had drawn and told him if he could give him a lift then he would help him find the ranch. Sucre relented and agreed to give C-note a lift.
8. Mahone got C-note's daughter Dede medical care and had his wife Kacee released from prison, but what did C-note offer in return?

Answer: Michael

C-note offered to help Mahone find Michael in exchange for his daughters treatment and his wife's release. C-note used the website europeangoldfinch.net to try and contact Michael but when there was no response, C-note was left with a lengthy jail term to look forward to.
9. Who told C-note to use what was in the package he received and hang himself?

Answer: Mahone

After not getting the information on Michael that was wanted, Mahone had to find a way to kill C-note. He told him that he would receive a package that afternoon and if he didn't use what was inside then his family would be at risk. When he received the package, he opened it and found a rope with a noose tied at the end. C-note decided that he'd rather kill himself than risk his family so he put the noose around his neck and stepped off his bunk.
10. C-note was released and put in witness protection after agreeing to testify against Mahone. What was the name of the internal affairs officer who helped to set him free?

Answer: Richard Sullins

The internal affairs officer was called Richard Sullins. He first appeared to investigate Mahone after Tweener had died in suspicious circumstances, but he received a phone call presumably telling him not to investigate further. But later in the series, Agent Wheeler, who worked alongside Mahone, called in Agent Sullins as he was concerned about what Mahone was up to. His suspicions proved correct and C-note gave a statement about the corrupt FBI agent and was later safely reunited with his family.
