Harvey noticed none of the girls in his class were wearing bras. Scott told Harvey to inspire the kids, so Harvey launched into a speech about how girls wear bras so boys wouldn't keep thinking about sex and women could then be treated as equals.

Lauren ultimately told Steven that she thought it was disrespectful that only teachers were being fingerprinted. Steven had explained that it was because they work with children, but Lauren countered with the fact that children are around a lot of other people in addition to teachers, so why not fingerprint them? She also told Steven that her college classmates only cared about money, no matter if that caused them to break laws, so why single out the teachers?

Answer: Harvey and Marla

Harvey was on his last chance and Steven couldn't really trust him to handle a class on his own after the latest bra episode. In addition, Marla was claiming to be back on her 'happy' pills, but Steven couldn't trust her to be alone, either. So he made the two of them work together and teach Harvey's class.

Dana encouraged all the other girls to hang their bras from the lockers. When Scott called her into his office, he suspected she had used marijuana and asked her to take a drug test. Dana refused and went to Harry to blackmail him into getting her off.

Harry had been blackmailed by Dana (she threatened to tell that he had kissed her), so he told Steven and Scott that he didn't think these random drug tests were legal. He also told them that he believed it would be a PR problem with expelling her so soon after the bra thing - it might look like that's why she was expelled.

Scott took Lauren out for coffee to talk about the date they cancelled (in the previous episode). Scott and Lauren agreed that it was a bad idea because he was her supervisor. Then Scott asked her to submit to the fingerprinting as Scott didn't want to see Steven in even more trouble with the superintendent.

When Steven was being told the superintendent was at the school, she overheard herself be referred to as the "Dragon Lady." The superintendent was upset with Steven for the following reasons:

2. His teachers were refusing to be fingerprinted.

Harvey had been telling his class that James Madison was a midget who, consequently, rooted for the underdog. Harvey believed Madison wrote the the 10th Federalist Paper to show that there should be an equal distribution of wealth. Marla, who was teaching with Harvey, said that Madison was just a rich guy who didn't want the people to riot, and thus be in danger of losing everything he had.

Harvey asked Steven why he had been teaching that way for 50 years and all of a sudden it was a problem. Steven replied it was because Harvey had been teaching the same way for 50 years that was the problem.

Scott had threatened her with shutting down the website, but it was Harvey who had his granddaughter plant a virus on the site that actually brought the site down. (Harvey had been portrayed on the site in a bikini prancing around holding an American flag.)
