Answer: The First as Warren

This happened when The First was talking to Spike in the school's basement. Here is a short clip from Spike and The First's little chat:
Spike: (crouched on the floor) "The thing is...I had a speech. I learned it all. Oh, God. She won't understand, she won't understand."

The First (as Warren) : "Of course she won't understand, Sparky. I'm beyond her understanding. She's a girl. Sugar and spice and everything...useless unless you're baking. I'm more than that. More than flesh... "
The First (as Glory): "..more than blood. I'm... you know, I honestly don't think there's a human word fabulous enough for me. Oh, my name will be on everyone's lips, assuming their lips haven't been torn off. But not just yet. That's alright, though..."

The First (as Adam): "...I can be patient. Everything is well within parameters. She's exactly where I want her to be. And so are you, Number 17. You're right where you belong."

The First(as The Mayor): "So what'd you think? You'd get your soul back and everything'd be Jim Dandy? Soul's slipperier than a greased weasel. Why do you think I sold mine? (laughs) Well, you probably thought that you'd be your own man, and I respect that, but..."

The First (as Drusilla): "...you never will. You'll always be mine. You'll always be in the dark with me, singing our little songs. You like our little songs, don't you? You've always liked them, right from the beginning. And that's where we're going..."

The First(as The Master): "...right back to the beginning. Not the Bang... not the Word... the true beginning. The next few months are going to be quite a ride. And I think we're all going to learn something about ourselves in the process. You'll learn you're a pathetic schmuck, if it hasn't sunk in already. Look at you. Trying to do what's right, just like her. You still don't get it. It's not about right, not about wrong..."

The First(as Buffy): "...it's about power."

Answer: Caleb

This happens at the beginning of "Dirty Girls" when Caleb picks Shannon up in his truck.
Caleb: "Well, now, is this the part where you offer to do anything? Because I tried to make it clear-you got nothin' I want to explore. (presses his ring, which he's heated with the cigarette lighter, into Shanon's neck, branding her) Oh yeah. That's it! That's a cleansing fire. Hallelujah! Now, if I'm not mistaken, there's a car a little ways behind us, and I do believe there's some folk in it goin' the same place you are. Now, I want you to deliver a message for me, but it's not for them. It's for the other one-the one and only, the original, accept-no-substitutes slayer. Would you tell her something for me?"

Shannon: "Yes."

Caleb: "Thank you, Shannon. (takes a knife and stabs Shannon in the stomach, then whispers something in her ear) Now, let's see what we can't do about that door."
Nathan Fillion, who plays Caleb, starred as Captain Mal Reynolds in "Firefly", a short-running Sci-Fi programme (now available on DVD) created by Joss Whedon. He originally auditioned for the part of Angel many years ago. He and Anthony Stewart Head have acted together before. Nathan starred in "Two Guys and a Girl", in which Anthony guest starred in an episode called 'Two Guys a Girl And a Mother's Day' in 1999. Nathan has played a religious man before. He played Father David in "Wes Craven's Dracula 2000". He has also been in "Saving Private Ryan".

This is probably one of my least favourite "Buffy" episodes. But I will explain (not in great detail) the episode.
A vampire emergency arises while Buffy's out on a date with Owen, forcing her to take him along to the local mortuary.

When Buffy reaches out to grab her pager, there is nowhere she could have picked it up from. Was it floating in mid-air? Plus, Buffy never uses the pager after this episode. She gets one when she joins the Initiative in season 4 and says "I always wanted one of these".
Here's the dialogue that happens when Buffy calls herself "the big, hideous, dateless monster"
Xander: "So you just went home?"

Buffy: "What was I supposed to do? Say to Owen, 'Sorry I was late, I was sitting in a cemetery with the librarian waiting for a vampire to rise so I could prevent an evil prophecy from coming to pass?'"

Xander: "Or flat tire?"

Buffy: "I can't take this anymore. I feel like everyone is staring at me, the big, hideous, dateless monster. (to a passing student) What? Yeah, that's right, I have no life, c'mon, nothin' to see here, pal, move it along!"

Xander: "You're acting a little overly, aren't you? I mean, you could have any guy in school."

Buffy: "He's not any guy. He's more... Oweny."

Xander: "Sure, he's got a certain Owenosity, but that's not hard to find. I mean, a lotta guys read. I can read."

"Beauty and beasts" is the episode is where all the Angel fans are screaming because he comes back, okay he came back at the very end of the previous episode ("Faith, Hope & Trick").

In "Storyteller" Andrew uses a video camera to document one day of life at command center.

In the episode "Showtime" Buffy goes up against the UberVamp.

Buffy: "Looks good, doesn't it? They're trapped in here. Terrified. Meat for the beast, and there's nothing they can do but wait. That's all they've been doing for days. Waiting to be picked off. Having nightmares about monsters that can't be killed. But I don't believe in that. I always find a way. I'm the thing that monsters have nightmares about. And right now, you and me are gonna show 'em why. It's time. Welcome to Thunderdome."

Andrew: "Two men enter. One man leaves."

In the episode "Passion" Jenny works to translate Angel's curse and win back the gang's trust; meanwhile Angelus stalks the Scoobies.

Giles: "Buffy, I-I understand your concern, but it's imperative that you keep a level head through all this."

Buffy: "That's easy for you to say. You don't have Angel lurking in your bedroom at night."

Giles: "I know how hard this is for you. All right, I don't. But as the Slayer, you don't have the luxury of being a slave to your, your passions. You mustn't let Angel get to you. No matter how provocative his behavior may become."

Buffy: "So what you're basically saying is, 'just ignore him, and maybe he'll go away'?"

Giles: "Yes. Precisely."

Xander: "Hey, how come Buffy doesn't get a snotty 'once again you boil it down to the simplest form' thing? Watcher's pet."

Answer: Willow

In the episode "As You Were" Riley returns to Sunnydale.

Buffy: "Dawn. Hey, hi."

Dawn: "Rough night?"

Buffy: "The usual. I-I brought you dinner."

Dawn: "Oh, great. Oh."

Buffy: "I-I know it's not the most original these days, but ... I made it myself. I-I made hundreds, actually, but this is the, the very best one."

Dawn: "It ... looks kinda squished."

Buffy: "Oh, well just, you know, just... give it a sec. Yeah, these babies really bounce back. Literally."

Dawn: "Buffy ... it's not like I don't appreciate it, I do. It's just that ... (softly) I can't eat this stuff another night. I'm sorry."

Buffy: (fake cheer) "Oh! No, it, it's all good. I get it. Tell you what, tomorrow night, I'll, uh, I'll bring home the fisherman's nuggets with cheese."

Willow: "Hey, workin' lady. Rough night?"

Buffy: "Why does everybody keep asking me that?"

Willow: "Uh, no reason, I just ... thought you were busy with the slayage 'cause of that grass stain."

Dawn: "Some vamp get rough with you?"

Buffy: (examining coat, muttering) "He's not getting any gentler."

Willow: "He?"

Buffy: (quickly) "They. Them. You know. Vampires in the, in the ... general population sense. Now I'm gonna have to wash this."

In the episode "What's my Line Part 1" Spike finds the key to Drusilla's recovery and sics the Order of Taraka on Buffy.
