The youngest housemate ever to appear in "Big Brother", Kenzie, (real name James Mackenzie) was nineteen on the 6th January 2005. Kenzie, a member of the pop/rap band Blazin' Squad, was the seventh celebrity to enter the house. Kenzie was the first of the celebrities to visit the famous diray room, where "Big Brother" had left him a bottle of champagne and a specially made birthday cake.

The house was the same, apart from a few minor modifications, as that used for "Big Brother 5". Series 3 of "Celebrity Big Brother" started exactly five months to the day that the winner of "Big Brother 5", Nadia, walked out the house.

That was actually one of the nicer things John said about his fellow housemates. The flamboyant, eccentric face of British racing was seen on many occasions being rude, sexist and just about every other "ist" to the other celebrities. Of course, the "Big Brother" producers loved it, as daily tales of his exploits were reported in the newspapers.

He also threw an incredible sulk during the first week of the show when the housemates did not receive any diet cola, and refused to speak to anyone or take part in any tasks. John has a bit of a chest fixation, refering to his wife as Booby and naming his dog Double D.

The well known author and feminist found herself playing the role of cook in that task, with Kenzie as the minstrel, Caprice as the royal dresser and poor Brigitte playing the part of the royal bed and toilet seat warmer! Germaine had always said that she would never take part in a reality show such as "Big Brother", but was somehow talked into it.

She did not stay long however, and requested to leave the house on January 11th, citing "Big Brother's" bullying towards some housemates as her reason.

She was unhappy when the former mother-in-law of Brigitte, Jackie Stallone, became a suprise ninth member of the house. As Brigitte had not seen Jackie for twenty years since her marriage to Sylvester Stallone had ended, Germaine felt "Big Brother" had taken things a bit too far.

The task was later abandoned by the remaining housemates.

Bez found life in the house somewhat difficult at times, with its limited access to cigarettes and alcohol, and would often stay up late by himself. His genuine, easy going nature made him popular with his fellow celebrity housemates and the "Big Brother" viewers.

Actor Jeremy, best known for his role in the television show "Holby City", was an enthusiastic participant in all of the "Big Brother" tasks, and wore the robes and sandals required for this one. As well as the clothing and spiritual names, the housemates had to hug trees and greet the sun rising in the morning.

The six Queen song titles which Jeremy managed to drop into conversations within the time limit of 30 minutes were "Under Pressure", "Another One Bites The Dust", "Barcelona", "Fat Bottomed Girls", "We Are The Champions" and "Killer Queen". For his reward, Jeremy received two electric scooters to use for one hour.

The housemates had no idea that an eviction was coming up that night, and that viewers were already voting for who they wanted to win. "Big Brother" had thrown the celebrities a children's party, complete with games such as pass the parcel and musical chairs, and the housemates were dressed as nursery rhyme characters.

They were about to play a game of hide and seek when Lisa, in her role as the seeker, was called to the diary room and told to count to fifty while the others hid in the house. After saying "Coming ready or not" Lisa looked baffled when the evil "Big Brother" said "Not, Lisa".

She was then told that, as she had polled the least votes in the voting, she had to leave the house straight away, without saying goodbye to her friends or even removing her party outfit.

The remaining housemates stayed hidden for some time before coming out and looking for the missing Lisa.

He failed dismally really. After being given a small digital camera by "Big Brother" in the diary room, Kenzie was instructed to take photographs of his fellow celebrities without them realising what he was doing. The end result was several rather blurry pictures, with, somewhat oddly, the only one coming out looking clear being the one he had taken of himself.

As the task was failed, no reward was given to Kenzie and the rest of the housemates.

The celebrity housemates were all in the kitchen area when Davina took them by suprise by suddenly announcing that Jeremy was to be the fifth person to be evicted from the house. He just grabbed his jacket, said goodbye and was soon following Caprice to his interview with Davina.

Actress and model Brigitte Nielsen was the last remaining female in the house, staying to the last night with runner-up Kenzie and the eventual winner Bez. The former Happy Mondays member scooped the prize of £40,000 for winning the show. Bez published his autobiography, "Freaky Dancin' - Me and the Mondays" back in 2003. All in all, it was an interesting, if at sometimes controversial, two weeks in the "Big Brother" house.
