3. Dr. Lisa Cuddy
Answer: Lisa Edelstein
Dr. Lisa Cuddy was the Dean of Medicine for Princeton-Plainsboro Hospital and the boss of Dr. House. Many of the episodes featured Dr. House making Dr. Cuddy's life a living hell when he could not get what he wanted. Dr. Cuddy was played by Lisa Edelstein, who was with the show for seven seasons.
She left the show prior to show's eighth season.
4. Dr. Eric Foreman
Answer: Omar Epps
Dr. Eric Foreman was an African-American neurologist who was a part of Dr. House's original diagnostic team. He was portrayed by actor Omar Epps, who had received awards for his performance in the movie "Love & Basketball" in 2000. Dr. Foreman was an opportunistic character with a huge ego.
He would often anger coworkers as he would sometimes sabotage colleagues in order to improve his career. Dr. Foreman resigned his position on House's team at the end of season three, but was forced to return in season four after being fired from another hospital.
5. Dr. Remy Hadley
Answer: Olivia Wilde
Olivia Wilde played the role Dr. Remy Hadley on "House, M.D.". She joined the show during the show's fourth season. Her character on the show was given the nickname "Thirteen". She was one of three doctors chosen from a group of 40 applicants looking to land a job with House's diagnostic team.
Her nickname comes from the fact that she was labeled candidate number thirteen by House. She was later diagnosed with Huntington's disease which threatened to shorten her life span. Olivia Wilde also had a large role in the movie "Tron: Legacy" in 2010.
6. Dr. Gregory House
Answer: Hugh Laurie
Dr. Gregory House was the main character of the television series, "House, M.D." Dr. House was the head of the diagnostics department at Princeton-Plainsboro Hospital. He was portrayed as a Sherlock Holmes type character who was called upon to solve complex medical mysteries.
While House may have been the best doctor in the hospital, he would frequently get under the skin of patients, friends and coworkers due to his abrasive personality. He also suffered from being addicted to the drug Vicodin, which he took to numb the pain from his surgically repaired leg. Dr. House was played by British actor Hugh Laurie, who spoke with an American accent when he played Dr. House.
7. Dr. Lawrence Kutner
Answer: Kal Penn
Dr. Lawrence Kutner was portrayed by actor Kal Penn, who was also known for his role in the "Harold & Kumar" comedy film series. Answer: Anne Dudek

10. Dr. James Wilson
Answer: Robert Sean Leonard
