Rachel wrote "Get it Right". The song was about her relationship with Finn and she wanted to have a second chance to reconcile with him. Also, the glee club members got inspiration from Sue's constant bullying at McKinley High, and they wrote "Loser Like Me".

Rachel warned the other glee club members that they should not trust Sunshine because she might use the opportunity to spy on them. However, the remaining glee club members decided to give Sunshine a chance to perform. Sunshine said she had more than 600 twitter followers and she could get all of them to attend the concert. Unfortunately, Holly inadvertently told Dustin about Sunshine's plan.

Lauren told Mercedes that she should make diva-like demands so that the other people would respect her more.

The code names given by Sue to Dustin, Sandy and Terri were Sergeant Handsome, Pink Dagger and Honey Badger, respectively. Sue wanted Dustin to seduce Holly but he failed when Will walked into Holly's classroom. Dustin then left the room awkwardly.

Also, Sue asked Sandy to sabotage New Directions' benefit concert. However, Sandy was moved by Mercedes' brilliant performance and he even donated his drug money to New Directions. When Sue learned that both Dustin and Sandy failed their mission, she turned to Terri, who was her only hope to destroy the glee club.

Santana figured out if she could get Dave's help to bring Kurt back to New Directions, she would stand a better chance of winning the title of prom queen.

Puck brought Rachel to a shopping mall, where she met Kurt. Kurt convinced Rachel that her idol, Barbra Streisand would never get a nose job just to look more beautiful and attractive. Kurt later led a flash mob and this cheered Rachel up.

Rachel speculated that Sam was gay but Finn said Kurt would never betray Blaine. Sam even sold his guitar but the glee club members bought the guitar back for him. Later, Sam brought his two siblings, Stevie and Stacy to McKinley High. The glee club members performed "Don't Stop" at the end of the episode.

Sue was the coordinator for the prom. Upon hearing that New Directions would perform at prom, she gave Will a list of songs that they were not allowed to perform. The song "Run Joey Run" was on the list.

Kurt asked Blaine to be his prom's date. On the other hand, Mercedes was upset because she did not have a partner for the prom.
