The character of Sunshine Corazon was portrayed by the talented singer Charice Pempengco. Oprah Winfrey described her as the most talented girl in the world.

Rachel first noticed Sunshine when the glee club members were performing in the school courtyard. Later, she met her in the girls' bathroom. They sang "Telephone" and Rachel was intimidated by Sunshine's amazing vocal.

During Sunshine's audition in the auditorium, she sang "Listen", a hit song from the musical movie "Dreamgirls". In the end, she was recruited by Vocal Adrenaline's new coach, Dustin.

This episode also featured another transfer student, Sam Evans, played by Chord Overstreet. He performed "Billionaire" with Finn, Puck, Artie and Mike.

Answer: Shannon Beiste

The character of Shannon Beiste was played by Dot Marie Jones.

Still angry with the budget reduction, Will teamed up with Sue to boycott and bully Beiste. They ordered 25 pizzas for the football team and made her pay the bill. Sue even manipulated Brittany when she talked her into charging Beiste for sexual harassment. Fortunately, Will's conscience kicked in and he saved the situation. Later, he apologized to Beiste.

In "Audition", Finn auditioned for a place in the cheerleading squad after Coach Beiste kicked him off the football team.

Brittany said, "My name is Brittany Susan Pierce. Britney S.Pierce. I hope you all respect when I, Brittany S. Pierce, can escape the torment of Britney Spears."

Emma's dentist boyfriend, Dr. Carl Howell made his first appearance in this episode. Will invited him to give a talk to the glee club members on dental hygiene.

In this episode, Brittany performed "I'm a Slave 4 U". She later sang "Me Against the Music" with Santana. On the other hand, Rachel performed "...Baby One More Time" while Artie sang "Stronger". Britney Spears made a cameo appearance in this episode as a school teacher.

Brittany failed the plaque test and Dr. Carl Howell set up a dental appointment with her. When Brittany was put under general anesthesia, she hallucinated about her performing Britney Spears' "I'm a Slave 4 U". When she woke up, she told her friends about her hallucination.

The only non-Britney song featured in this episode was "The Only Exception". Rachel sang the song towards the end of the episode.

Answer: "Losing My Religion"

Amongst the wishes that Finn asked for was to be restored as the football team's quarterback. Sam dislocated his shoulder in one of the football matches and Coach Beiste reinstated Finn his position.

Later, Finn felt guilty about the incident because he thought he was responsible for Sam's injury. He met Emma, who reassured him that it was not his fault. Feeling disappointed, he sang "Losing My Religion" by R.E.M.

Answer: Mercedes

Kurt claimed that he did not believe in God. On the contrary, Mercedes was a Christian. She performed "I Look to You" by Whitney Houston in front of all the glee club members.

Later, she invited Kurt to attend her church's service, where she sang "Bridge over Troubled Water" together with the church choir.

At the end of the episode, the glee club members sang "One of Us" by Joan Osborne.

Answer: Artie and Brittany - "With You I'm Born Again"

During the rehearsal, Finn and Rachel sang "Don't Go Breaking My Heart". However, Rachel commented that they should let Sam win the competition so that he would stay in New Directions.

During the competition, they sang "With You I'm Born Again". The glee club members found their attire offensive and inappropriate. Artie and Brittany did not participate in the competition.

Everyone vote for themselves except Finn and Rachel, who voted for Sam and Quinn. Kurt sang "Le Jazz Hot!" in this episode.

During the dinner at Breadsticks, Quinn told Sam that they were not going to use the voucher because Sam would pay the dinner for their first date.

Will was jealous of Carl and Emma relationship so he decided to direct his own version of "The Rocky Horror Glee Show" so that he could win back Emma's heart.

Emma, portrayed by Jayma Mays, performed "Touch-a, Touch-a, Touch-a, Touch Me" in this episode. When Jayma auditioned for her role in "Glee", she also sang this song.

Carl (played by John Stamos) said he wanted to be a part of the cast so Will asked him to sing a song for his audition. Carl selected "Hot Patootie - Bless My Soul".

Will's plan was jeopardized after he found out that Sue would tell the public about the production of "The Rocky Horror Glee Show". He had no choice but to cancel the show. However, he informed his glee club members that instead of performing in front of live audience, they would just perform the musical for themselves.
