"One Foot In The Grave" starred Richard Wilson as Victor Meldrew and Annette Crosbie as his long suffering wife Margaret. The series ran for ten years, from 1990 to 2000 when the series ended with Victor being killed in a hit and run.

"Only Fools And Horses" is without a doubt Britain's best loved sitcom. The antics of Del Boy, Rodney, Grandad and later Uncle Albert kept the nation amused for more than 20 years. Some of Del's other catchphrases are "What a plonker", "He who dares, wins" and "This time next year, we'll be millionaires."

Head of the family was matriarch Nellie (played by Jean Boht) whose wayward husband Freddie (played by Ronald Forfar) spent most of his time cavorting with Lilo Lil (played by Eileen Pollock), prompting Nellie's often heard "she's a tart" line.

Robert Lindsay starred as Citizen 'Wolfie' Smith, leader of the Tooting Popular Front. The series ran from 1977 to 1980.
