Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. What grade average does Bart need to be able to go to Kamp Krusty?

Answer: C

It's the last day of school, and Bart dreams that when he receives his report card, all of his expected F grades will magically convert into C grades so that he can go to Kamp Krusty for the summer. He also dreams that the students will also be able to tear apart the school on their last day, so it's clearly a bit of a fantasy. Nonetheless, the expectation remains-- a C-average, and Homer will let him go, otherwise he'll be stuck at home. Homer ends up waking up Bart on the last day of school and, during breakfast, Bart and Lisa make the reminder that there's still a deal in place (even though Lisa is far from worried).
2. Lisa receives a B+ grade in which of these fields?

Answer: Conduct

When Bart arrives at school, the other kids are already clearing out their lockers for the summer and Bart opens his to find a truly disgusting melange of items. He folds his unused gym shorts like a paper airplane and tosses it down the hall.
In Mrs. Hoover's class, Lisa gets her report card and finds that her streak of As is interrupted by a B+ in 'Conduct', which is something that depresses her instantly. She hyperventilates over what must be a typo and confronts her teacher about the grade, but Mrs. Hoover insists that everyone needs a blotch on their permanent record.
3. Does Bart receive the grades that Homer initially asked him to get?

Answer: No

In Ms. Krabappel's classroom, Bart nervously awaits his grades, suggesting that he's done well to keep his textbooks in great shape (even keeping them in their original wrappings) and flattering his teacher to schmooze his way to better marks. When she hands him his report card though, he's faced with a column of D-minuses. He begs Krabappel for mercy, but she urges him to have a D-lightful summer.
When the bell rings, the children rush out of the school, even knocking a car over in the parking lot. Bart hops on the bus and tries to doctor his report card to have a better grade.
4. How many of the Simpson children get to go to Kamp Krusty?

Answer: Two

Bart finally concedes that he needs to show Homer his report card and is immediately called out for being too greedy in faking his grades (as Homer says, a D turns into a B so easily). Bart assumes that this means he will not be going to Kamp Krusty, but Homer says he's sending him anyways because he doesn't want him hanging around all summer. Bart tells Homer that he's the best father in the world and then, on Homer's asking, nearly places his hand into the powered blade of a lawn mower.
5. For how many weeks does the Kamp Krusty program run?

Answer: Six

Soon, Bart and Lisa get themselves prepared to go to Kamp Krusty. While Bart watches Marge pack his suitcase (sans bathing suit), Lisa heads to Dr. Hibbert's office to ask for vaccinations for everything from German measles to malaria; he patronizes her instead. That night, Marge tells the family, over dinner, that she promised herself she wouldn't cry during their last family dinner for six weeks.

When the rest of the family doesn't seem to care, she openly breaks down. The next day, Marge has to pull herself away from the kids as they hop onto the bus, and when it pulls away, she and the other parents cheer and celebrate.
6. What is the name of the head counsellor at Kamp Krusty?

Answer: Mr. Black

The kids take the bus and arrive at Kamp Krusty that day to watch a recorded message from Krusty himself, claiming that he'll be there in a few weeks. Until then, they'll be led by Mr. Black, a corporate man who will be acting as their head counsellor for the next six weeks.

He offers to answer a few questions, but doesn't really give any valuable answers before handing any issues off to his fellow counsellors, local bullies Dolph, Jimbo, and Kearney. Back in Springfield, Homer and Marge enjoy their time without Bart and Lisa to its fullest extent, basking in the empty house while they can.
7. What is the name of Krusty's weight loss camp?

Answer: Chief Starving Bear

Bart remains optimistic at Kamp Krusty despite the overly-rustic lodging and horrible activities (like roasting pinecones over the campfire), mainly because everything seems to have a Krusty-Brand Seal of Approval to indicate the highest standards. But the truth is, Kamp Krusty is a miserable place, and it's not long before all of the kids are feeling horrible. Even the Krusty-brand fat camp next door (Chief Starving Bear Weight Loss Center) has problems since Mr. Black puts the kids there (including Martin Prince) through rigorous physical activities and insults them constantly.
8. What is made in Kamp Krusty's arts and crafts cabin?

Answer: Gucci wallets

While the kids go through misery at Kamp Krusty, life in Springfield is amazing for the other Simpsons. Homer admits that he's lost five pounds since the kids left and it appears he's grown more hair back in. They head to bed while the kids, still in camp, struggle to get to sleep in their frigid hammocks. Lisa ends up writing home but it's fairly negative, partly because her letter exposes the sham that is Kamp Krusty, revealing the nature walks to be death marches and their arts and crafts cabin to be a Dickensian workhouse for Gucci wallets. Homer and Marge say that her letter is probably just an 'in-the-moment' thing, and she's probably over-exaggerating. That night, a windstorm tears the roof off the kids' cabin.
9. To placate campers, who is dressed up as a fake Krusty the Clown?

Answer: Barney Gumble

The kids at Kamp Krusty end up with a real surprise when Mr. Black brings Krusty to the stage only to reveal Barney Gumble in a shoddy clown outfit, clearly too drunk to speak or stand up, and while the other kids don't quite see through it, Bart stays true to his love for Krusty by starting a riot for the real Krusty. While the kids take over the camp and liberate the children of the adjacent weight loss camp, Mr. Black and the bully counsellors escape in a hydrofoil.
Krusty ends up receiving the news about his camp while he's getting knighted and he has to rush back to the U.S.
Back in Springfield, Marge and Homer get the news about Kamp Krusty from their TV, and in moments, Homer regains all of his lost weight and loses his hair.
10. As a treat, Krusty takes all of his campers with him to which location?

Answer: Tijuana

Krusty makes it to his camp to speak to the children and proves his identity when the kids tear of his shirt to reveal his pacemaker scar, cattle skull birthmark, and superfluous third nipple. Bart asks Krusty to explain himself, but Krusty says he did it for money and cries to the children, telling them he'll make it up to them by driving them all to the happiest place on Earth: Tijuana, Mexico! Of course, it turns out to be a better summer vacation than anything could have been at Kamp Krusty.
