Quiz Answer Key and Fun Facts
1. What was Tom singing as Crow was painting him with nude colored paint?

Answer: Mad About The Boy

This was one of Tom's nuttiest ideas. He wanted to be a real live boy.
2. According to Joel, what syndrome did he say Tom was suffering from?

Answer: Pinocchio

Tom wanted to run, jump and do all the things real live boys did. But each time Tom said something, Crow shot him down. Finally, Tom experienced an emotion. He could hear his heart breaking.
3. How many people could the Mad's invention exchange serve?

Answer: 8

The invention was called "Cake & Shake", where you can have your cake and a stripper, too. Frank wasn't exactly the brightest bulb in the four pack. What he did was fold the stripper into the cake and baked that person in it.
4. Which of these was NOT mentioned in Joel's invention exchange?

Answer: key rings

It was a junk drawer organizer that Joel invented. There's even a place for those 2 inch pieces of string.
5. Which of these states was NOT mentioned near the beginning of the short?

Answer: Louisiana

I loved this joke by Crow. "Let's take you back to the days when DDT was safe".
6. When Jimmy told his dad about winning the essay contest at school, how much did dad give him?

Answer: $5

His mom gave him $10.
7. What job did Jimmy FIRST get in the movie?

Answer: Shoe Salesman

Jimmy was a shoe salesman, at first. Crow likened him to "a young Al Bundy".
8. When Joel and the bots recreated the nightclub scene, which of the bots played Kitty?

Answer: Gypsy

It was a natural choice, because Gypsy was the ONLY "female" on the Satellite Of Love. It ended with Tom and Crow fighting and them spilling champagne cocktail into Cambot's sequencer. Up until then, the sketch was doing very well.
9. Who owns the cafe?

Answer: Al Frazier

Dr. F and Joel couldn't possibly own the cafe, since they weren't in the movie. Mr. Holdyn ran the shoe store where Jimmy first worked. Al gave Jimmy a free meal when he came in and was thinking of robbing the cafe.
10. What was the name of the stripper baked into the cake?

Answer: Rodney

Thank goodness Rodney was all right, even though he was covered in frosting. Rodney does need some lessons on erotic dancing. Thank you for playing my quiz.
