He was freed from the later after Larry and Tricia McNeil testified to the truth.

Ryan McNeil was played by Scott Reeves. Victoria and Ryan almost married a second time but Tricia interrupted the wedding. She shot at Victoria and Ryan dove in front of it to save her. He died instead. Victoria had her first baby with Cole Howard, a daughter who died.

She married Billy Abbott in 2010 after her divorce from third husband, JT Hellstrom. The couple became the parents of Lucy, the daughter of Daisy and Daniel, whom Billy bought illegally on the black market. Victoria's son Reed had gone to live in another state with JT.
