The address 1 Old Decatur Rd. is mentioned, in the episode, "What a Dump." The mayor of Raytown wanted to tear down the houses in the neighborhood, until Bubba did research on the founder of Raytown. James A. Ray, was the founder, and had lived in Mama's house. Mayor Tutwiller, was played by Alan Oppereimer. Beverly Archer, wrote this episode, which aired on December 23, 1988.

She was just giving to everyone, including Naomi. She let Naomi used her sewing machine and shears. She gave Iola a secret recipe, and allowed Bubba to use her car for a date.

I believe Mama was talking about her brother. He wanted a gun for graduation. A Bible was given instead. Years later he opened the Bible and there was money for his gun. Bubba asked, "why didn't he just give him the money?" Mama in return asked, "why didn't he read the Bible." Rick Hawkins wrote this episode, which aired on November 6, 1987.

This is one of my favorites. Mr. Guthrie was played by Bryan O'Bryne. The ATM machine voice was Tom Williams. Dave Hawkins wrote this episode. It aired November 4, 1988.

This is one of my all time favorite episodes, as well. The same night that Naomi had to pick up an award for working at Food Circus. Bubba's computer went out and lost everything. Mama spent time with the electric company, on the phone claiming if she had to say the account number again she would have it memorize.

She also refused to pay the bill and that was the reason why Mama's electricity was disconnected. Teddy Wilson played Gus. Bill Braunstein wrote this episode, which aired on February 10, !989.

This episode is titled "More Power to You."

Mama thought that they were talking about her, and was going to put her in a home. Hamilton Camp did the voice of Dr. Bishop. David Lodge did the dog barking sounds. Jim Evering wrote this episode, which aired on January 6, 1989.

This is from the episode, "Double Standard." This episode was written by Rich Orloff, which aired on March 12, 1983.

The Reverend's wife Alberta was played by Anne Haney. Their grandson, Eugene was played by Ryan Bottman. This episode was written by Danny Kallis, which aired on June 6, 1987.

This is taken from the episode, "Mama Takes a Dive." Phil Rubenstein played Sam Travis, or known as "Settlement Sam". Judy Kain played Miss Small. Dorothy Van wrote this episode, which aired on January 3, 1990.

William Windom played Woody Miller. Gary Jacobs wrote this episode, which aired on March 19, 1983.

At first, she thought they had been robbed. Jim Evering and Dorothy Van wrote this episode, which aired on May 7, 1983. This came from the episode, titled "Mama's Silver."
