Eventually, Stewie appears and fights them all. The credits then roll much like they did in the movie "Naked Gun" where a camera was placed on a police car's dashboard as it drove through a whole bunch of silly places.

After the play, Peter watches the news to view highlights of the Emmy Awards and Tom Tucker says that Bob Hope came back to life for the show. After, he ended up trying to jump trash cans on his motorcycle and it burst into flames.

The FCC decides to take action when David Hyde Pierce accidentally has a 'wardrobe malfunction' on the Emmy Awards, and after they get twenty calls from viewers, they assume that twenty billion people were outraged. After this incident, the FCC begins censoring totally pointless things on television.

During a flashback, Peter is assisting a customer who complains about a slingshot that he bought. The customer turns out to be Wile E. Coyote, and the slingshot had thrown him into a mountain. Wile E. ends up taking store credit after Peter suggests it to him.

After the FCC ruins television for Peter, he decides to create his own TV station so that he can air nudity, flatulence, violence, and crude language. On the station, he decides to air original programming including a TV show starring Brian and Stewie called "Cheeky Bastard", and Quagmire's talk show, "Midnight Q".

When Lois is disgusted with Peter's programming on PTV, she thinks that Peter's setting a bad influence for children. Peter, Stewie, and Brian tell her about the situation through song and a montage of previous crude jokes on the show since it began. Eventually, Lois does think that the FCC has gone too far.

After the FCC realizes that Peter has been airing inappropriate programs, they shut down his TV station and they decide to censor everyone in Quahog by following people around and using practical ideas to stop people from swearing, passing gas, etc. They say that their techniques have changed Ozzy from a crazy, abusive man to a gentler Ozzy Osbourne.

Instead of eating the head off a bat, he now tells the audience he'll eat a full sandwich before starting his act.

When the family gets to Washington D. C., Peter tells the government that they can't possibly censor everything when inappropriate stuff is all around them. He begins pointing out how various landmarks in Washington D. C. look like inappropriate things and they agree that the FCC was wrong. In the end, everyone gets their normal programs back, free of censoring.
