Six hours after CJ found out about the President's illness, Oliver talked to CJ in his office about her press briefings when she had to discuss the President's health. CJ wanted to know why she should trust him since he's only been White House Counsel for three months.

Josh and Leo discussed the case against the tobacco company and how the Assistant General needed more money for the lawsuit. Josh wanted to okay thirty million dollars to be given to the lawyers, but Leo didn't want to give them the money because he knew they would lose the case.

Josh really went to Joey to tell her about the President's MS and to get her to put a poll out seeing how people felt about an undisclosed illness. Joey told Josh she would make the poll about the Governor of Michigan.
