Leo told the President that Toby was asking questions, so they called him into the Oval Office and told him that President Bartlet had a relapsing-remitting course of Multiple Sclerosis.

Sam and Josh were reading the speech and after they were finished Sam said, "You know what the problem is?" and Josh said, "It's supposed to be funny."
