"All My Children" got a nice nod in the annual 2010 review for "Soap Opera Digest" when the magazine honored them as being the year's Best Use of History. They liked how Lorraine Broderick reignited the flame existing between them and remembering the rich history both shared as a couple.

The magazine also appreciated this well written short lived return by Brooke after the widely panned exit Brooke had in December of 2006.
