Jonathan also says it in Spanish ("Desde abajo te debora") in "Conversations with Dead People," and Andrew translates that as "It eats you starting with your bottom."

Twice in "The Wish": this is Vampire Willow's first line on the show, which she says when she and Xander meet Cordelia. She says it's "less fun when there isn't any screaming." She later repeats it before torturing Angel ("the puppy"). In "Doppelgangland," Vampire Willow says it to Percy in response to his "till we graduate, I own your ass" speech, just before she sends him flying over the pool table. In "Villains," we hear it again, this time from non-vampire Willow, before she flays Warren alive.

And "I'll never tell" is repeated in Anya's song "Mrs." from "Selfless" ("Although he can be... I'll never tell..."). (I didn't say the other song had to be from "OMWF!")

Moloch the Corrupter is the demon from "I Robot... You Jane."
He says this to Carlo (in Italian in a flashback -- and breaks Carlo's neck when he responds, "You have my love"), to Dave (Dave refuses to go along and Moloch has him killed) and eventually to Willow, after taking his new robotic form. He tells Willow that he loves her, but she won't have any of it.

The First (in the form of Jenny) says this in "Amends." "Let me guess..." Buffy responds, "Is it evil?" Also like Luke, The First calls Buffy a little girl.

"It's about power" is both the first and the last line of season seven's premiere, "Lessons." The first line is said by Buffy to Dawn when she trains her, and the last line by The First in the form of Buffy, to Spike.
"And I think I'm kinda gay" is said in "Doppelgangland" and in "Tabula Rasa" -- both times by the same character, Willow. First time she says it about Vampire Willow, and the second time about herself (in "Tabula Rasa," Willow has no memory of being gay because of a spell gone wrong, but can't help noticing her attraction to Tara).
"Because it's wrong" is a quote from the episode "Who Are You?" It's repeated several times by Faith when she is in Buffy's body, played by Sarah Michelle Gellar. For Faith, this is something that Buffy would say. Buffy herself, however, never says it on the series. Nor does Buffybot or The First.

Before that, it's said twice in "Inca Mummy Girl" -- by Giles to Buffy (Buffy replies that she'd rather be "the overlooked one") and by the bodyguard to Ampata -- or, rather, to the Inca mummy who killed him, but whose real name we never learn. ("Ampata" doesn't care much for being the chosen one, and mummifies the bodyguard.)

All other quotes are said by someone in a flashback, and then repeated by Buffy, presumably independently, but in a similar context, to the same character:

"Close your eyes" by Darla in a flashback, then by Buffy, to Liam/Angel in "Becoming." Darla says it before sinking her fangs into his neck, and Buffy before thrusting her sword into his chest.
"You're beneath me" by Cecily in a flashback, then by Buffy, to William/Spike in "Fool for Love." Both women reject his romantic feelings.
"The mission is what matters" by Nikki in a flashback, then by Buffy, to Robin Wood in "Lies My Parents Told Me." They both tell him that their Slayer duties come before his personal desires (to stay with his mother, or to have revenge on Spike).

"Love makes you do the wacky" is said by Willow in "Some Assembly Required" when Buffy complains about Angel's jealousy. Buffy later repeats it to Angel to explain what Chris Epps did for his brother, and Angel then admits that he's being jealous of Xander.

"Tabula Rasa" is from a spell that Willow casts to "purge [Buffy's and Tara's] minds of memories grim."
