Rocko, Heffer, and Filbert tried to get some candy at the hippo lady's house. The little kids who were at the door started grabbing her candy, and the bowl fell on Rocko's head. Filbert pulled a piece of candy out of Rocko's eye, and that was how he got his first piece of Halloween candy.
