They'd covered a Spanish revival's kitchen with Dexter Morgan like flare (plastic everywhere), and planned to kill Cole, then freeze his leftover remains to eat later. Joel sent Cole away before Sheila could eat him. Matt O'Leary played Cole.

She hadn't eaten for over two days at this point. Joel was driving, and just barely rear ended the man's car. This prompted the man to verbally abuse Joel. Sheila, unable to control herself, leaped onto the man and bit a chunk out of his neck. This wound was fatal, so they took his body to the storage unit. Sheila ate a bit more of him while Joel fit the rest inside the new murder freezer. Joel said the man was from Nevada, owned a strip club and a waste management company, and hopefully would not be missed. He sounds like Tony Soprano to me...

Lisa Palmer came up with the reference, but Sheila actually called him that to his face. This prompted him to go through with an earlier threat to suspend Abby from school. "Odd Couple" star Thomas Lennon played Principal Novak.

He had been visiting occult book stores trying to find information on his wife's condition. He told the store clerk that he was making a documentary for National Geographic on the undead. When he was unable to find any books to suit his purposes, she offered him zombie adult films.

As he was exiting the store he saw two illustrations that showed the same thing that had happened to Sheila, including the little red organ-like thing she'd thrown up in the bathroom of the Peterson house. He bought them and took them home.

Gary was not seen in this episode. She went next door and talked to Eric Beemis. He told her she needed to change her behavior, but that as a zombie it would actually be impossible to do so. He tried to be encouraging, and said maybe it wasn't impossible after all, but had no direction in which to send her.

Sheila DID tell Abby she could quit school, but Abby knew that was wrong and did not take her advice. All of the other choices did happen. Alondra decided to follow John Legend on four tour dates in February, and her husband Rick decided to buy a Range Rover like Sheila's. Lisa slept with an oncologist, though she called it a "business opportunity" until after it had happened.

Sheila also advised Principal Novak to reverse Abby's school suspension. She told him that as a realtor she could make his life miserable.

He was instantly inspired to cancel the suspension.
