In the beginning of this episode, Jerry and Kramer discuss the fact that George has locked his keys in his car. For three days, he's left his car in the Yankee Stadium parking lot because he's waiting for a membership with the Auto Club, who offer free locksmithing services to members. Meanwhile, Kramer mentions how he's been golfing at a local course despite the fact that it's still partly winter.

On the same day, Elaine is walking down the sidewalk when her arch-nemesis, Sue Ellen Mischke, the Braless Wonder, comes up to her on the street. She struggles not to express her true feelings during their conversation. Meanwhile, George discovers that he may be in line for a promotion at work and tells Jerry. Jerry says that the Yankee Organization may be making bad choices and George realizes that Mr. Steinbrenner and Mr. Wilhelm are simply seeing his car when he begins in the morning and when they leave at night, so they simply assume he's working endlessly.

Elaine heads to Jerry's apartment to talk about Sue Ellen. She reveals that she and Sue Ellen grew up together in Maryland and that she is also the heiress to the entire Oh Henry! candy bar fortune. Elaine despises her old 'friend' because she once stole her boyfriend in high school by wearing a shirt without a bra. George and Jerry say that they find the fact extremely rude and shameful. Jerry makes the analogy that Sue Ellen is Elaine's Lex Luthor.

In order to get back at Sue Ellen, Elaine buys her a bra for her upcoming birthday. Sue Ellen goes to Elaine's office to thank her for the gift and Elaine realizes her plan has backfired because Sue Ellen wears the bra as a shirt. Meanwhile, George decides to take Susan to her parents' newly-rebuilt cabin for a few days because his superiors at work assume that since his car is in its parking spot, he's working away.

When George gets up to the cabin, he realizes that a local Chinese restaurant often distributes flyers at the parking lot where his car is parked. He calls Jerry, who agrees to take them off. Kramer tags along for no apparent reason. When they arrive at the lot, they find that there are tons of flyers and that the car is covered in bird droppings. Kramer snags the lock in the car with a coat hanger and they drive it to the car wash. On the ride back, Kramer and Jerry spot Sue Ellen wearing her bra as a top and they accidentally crash the car while staring at her.

Answer: Elaine

When Elaine discovers that Sue Ellen was the woman responsible for causing Kramer to crash the car, she calls her a menace to society. Kramer discovers that his injuries may affect his golf swing and Elaine brings up an idea to sue Sue Ellen for her candy bar fortune. Stan the caddy also agrees to this, so Kramer decides to pay another visit to Jackie Chiles, the lawyer from previous episodes where Kramer sued the coffee companies for making their coffee too hot.

Susan is concerned that George's plans involving the car will pose a problem. George, on the other hand, has faith in Jerry. Back in the city, Jerry struggles to get the car back to its space, but finally returns it (missing one mirror and unable to close the driver-side door). Mr. Wilhelm tells Mr. Steinbrenner that George is missing and that there are dents and blood in his car.

They assume he got into an accident and that he continued to go to work. After a thorough search of the grounds, they don't find him and decide to declare him dead.

Jerry finally meets Sue Ellen while she is waiting outside the apartment to meet Kramer and he invites her in. Kramer returns to the apartment with the good news that Chiles is taking the case, but he discovers that Jerry is siding with Sue Ellen when he finds a candy bar wrapper in the trash. Meanwhile, Mr. Steinbrenner tells the Costanzas that George is gone.

While Estelle is shocked at this, Frank can't get over a trade that the Yankees agreed upon.

Jerry discovers that George has been declared dead and immediately awaits his next call to tell George. George quickly formulates a scheme to pretend that he hid in a ditch after the accident and he returns to work in casts with crutches. Mr. Steinbrenner tells George that the position was given away because they thought he was dead. Meanwhile, Mr. Peterman tells Elaine that he was fascinated by a woman walking down the hall wearing a bra as a top (Sue Ellen) and he decides to create a new campaign to sell bras as shirts.

He gives Elaine the task of writing about it.

During the trial, Elaine and Jerry are asked to the stand where Elaine tries to get Sue Ellen's money and Jerry begins to side with Sue Ellen. In the end he cracks and reveals that he is in love with Sue Ellen's looks. Stan the caddy suggests to Kramer that they deliver one final blow and make Sue Ellen try on the bra that Elaine brought as evidence.

Unfortunately, the bra doesn't fit because Sue Ellen tries to wear it over her leotard. Kramer loses the case because of this.
