"The Garage Door" Trivia Quiz

Bill and Sam are spending the night at Neal's house and have fallen asleep waiting for "SNL" to come on. Neal is putting all sorts of things on Bill's face and chest (like cheese doodles, Monopoly money, dominoes). Neal's dad comes in with ice cream for all of them, and Sam remarks how cool Neal's dad is.

Answer: microwave oven

The salesman demonstrates how fast a steak will thaw. Jean seems intrigued, but I feel sure Harold wouldn't let her have a microwave.

Answer: Sam sees him hugging a woman at the mall

Sam tells Bill what he saw, but doesn't want to tell Neal. Bill feels they should tell each other everything, so when they're at Neal's house playing Atari, Bill and Sam tell Neal. Neal doesn't believe them, and as soon as his father comes home, Sam and Bill quickly leave.

Ken is making fun of the band geeks while he, Nick, Lindsay, Kim and Daniel are hanging out on the bleachers. Ken refers to Amy as Tuba Girl.

When Kim, Daniel, Nick, Ken and Lindsay are leaving the diner, Amy comes in dressed in her band uniform. Ken starts out with "Nice threads". Amy has a sarcastic comment to match each one of Ken's. I think he fell hard for her with her parting shot, "See you later Elvis, good luck with those mutton chops".

They're at Neal's house playing because he got his Atari first. Bill starts to tell Neal what Sam saw when Sam goes to the bathroom. When Sam comes back, Bill blurts out that Sam saw Neal's dad hugging a woman. Neal doesn't believe him and calls Sam a liar.

Neal finds two garage door openers in his father's car. He, Sam and Bill later ride around trying to find what garage door opens with it. When one garage door finally opens, Neal sees his father's sports car parked in it.

Neal's was on the end of his bed when he woke up one morning (the day after Sam saw Dr. Schweiber with the woman), and Sam's parents surprised him with it when he got home after riding around with Neal and Bill trying to find what house the door opener went to.

Nick convinces Daniel, Kim, Lindsay and Ken to go to the Laserdome with him because they're doing a Pink Floyd show. When Ken tells Daniel he wants to go out with Amy, Daniel asks Lindsay to ask Amy.

Ken is pretty awkward at first, but then he just comes out and asks Amy if he can kiss her. She says yes, and they kiss. Kim is arguing with Daniel because he had taken another girl to the Laserdome when they were broken up, but eventually she forgives him. Lindsay and Nick are sitting in the row behind Daniel and Kim, with a seat in between them. Kim keeps telling Lindsay not to lead Nick on since he still likes her, and Daniel keeps telling Nick to give Lindsay the cold shoulder and she'll come back.

But Nick and Lindsay are pleasant to each other, especially after Nick is disappointed that this week is Southern rock, not Pink Floyd.
