He says this to Marge in "Mr Plow" after he buys the plow. She replies 'Okay,' to which he says 'Fine! I'll never do anything stupid again!' And promptly walks into the car door.

This is in the Valentine's Day episode "I'm With Cupid" when Apu gives Manjula a gift every day for a week, to prove his love. Yes, this is also the episode in which Homer says to Sir Elton John 'I'm your biggest fan! I've tape-recorded all of your songs off the radio!' and he buys Marge a card with monkeys and bananas on it that says 'You're a-peeling. Let's never split!'

9. Kang: 'You look lovely this evening. Have you decreased in ___?'

He says this to Marge when she was abducted, and he then impregnated her with Maggie. This is in the 'Treehouse of Horror' episode where the Simpsons fight out their battle with the aliens on "Jerry Springer". Bart later remarks that even Jerry Springer couldn't solve their problems.

10. Homer: 'Marge, can I get a ___?' Marge: 'You already have a ___!' What are the missing words?

Homer then replies 'Can he get a duck?' in a really cute sheepish voice. He'd seen an ad for a duck on the TV. This is the episode in which he has the helper monkey, Mojo, that he supposedly bought for Grampa. In the store when he buys it, the clerk asks him what his disability is and Homer says 'I'm not disabled, I'm just lazy!' if you've noticed most of these are Homer quotes, it's because I think he always says the funniest things, and I like the funny quotes.
