Answer: Ed

Ed was Carol's first husband, who abused her. When he's killed by walkers, before he can turn, Daryl prepares to chop his head with an axe, but Carol asks to do it instead, saying, "I should do it. He was my husband." Daryl hands her the axe, and, overcome with emotion, Carol just keeps hacking away at Ed's corpse.
2. He went to school with Maggie Greene, But now survival is the scene. He's fallen in with Dave and Tony, And Shane is sure that he's a phony.

Answer: Randall

In town, Randall tries to shoot Rick, Glenn, and Hershel, but falls and impales his leg. They take him, blindfolded, back to the farm, where Daryl interrogates him to find out about the gang he belongs to. Shane, planning to pin Rick's future murder on Randall, kills the young hostage.

When the group goes on a scavenging trip to Atlanta, Merle hurls insults at T-Dog, holds a gun to his head, and threatens to take over the group. Rick diffuses the situation and chains him to a pipe, at which point T-Dog loses the key to the handcuffs down a drain.

They leave Merle to return to camp, and Merle escapes by sawing off his own hand. Later, he becomes henchman to another villain, The Governor. Eventually, however, Merle redeems himself by fighting the Governor's men and attempting to kill the Governor.

Jadis, whose real name is Anne, originally agrees to help Rick only to betray him to the Saviors. Simon kills all of her people, leaving her the lone survivor. After the Saviors are defeated, she joins Rick's people, but continues to keep secrets about her dealings with a mysterious, distant community to which she trades people for supplies.

A lieutenant of the Atlanta Police Department, Dawn Lerner rules Grady Memorial Hospital, where people, including Beth and Noah, are forced to work as wards. When Rick's group attempts to trade for Beth, Dawn insists that they hand over Noah to serve her. Beth reacts by stabbing Dawn with a pair of scissors, at which point Dawn shoots Beth and is in turn shot by Daryl.

Jocelyn appears in season 9, episode 14, "Scars." An old college friend of Michonne's, Jocelyn is welcomed inside Alexandria, but she kidnaps Judith and several other children. When Michonne and Daryl go to track them, they are captured and bound. One of Jocelyn's "kids" brands an X on each of them because, Jocelyn tells Michonne, kids can't be weak. "I told you, children are capable of anything," she says. "I taught them, helped them become what we are. Because they can't be soft.

Played by Alicia Witt, Paula appears in season 6, episode 13, "The Same Boat." She is one of Negan's lieutenants and the head of one of the Savior's outposts. She and her fellow Saviors take Carol and Maggie hostage. Paula tells a pregnant Maggie that babies are just bite-sized snacks for walkers. Carol eventually kills her by shoving her onto a pike.

They come upon Cyndie preparing to kill Arat. When they understand why, Daryl and Maggie silently walk away as Cyndie spears Arat in the back of the head. When Arat killed Cyndie's younger brother, she used the words "No exceptions," which reminds Maggie and Daryl of Glenn's death at the hands of Negan.

Andrea is separated from the rest of the group when the Greene farm burns down. She comes across Michonne, and later they are both captured by Merle and taken to Woodbury. While Michonne is suspicious of the Governor, Andrea develops a romantic relationship with him, even after seeing the fights he puts on for the amusement of the town, which she calls "sick." She tries, unsuccessfully, to broker peace between Rick's group and the Governor.

Lizzie makes her first appearance in "30 Days Without An Accident." She's an interesting villain in that she has no ill intent. She believes that walkers are just like people, and to prove it to Carol, she kills her sister. She plans to kill Judith in a similar fashion.
