Vera Wang is a famous Chinese American clothes designer based in New York. She is most famous for her wedding gowns C.J. tries on a black Vera Wang dress at the mall. Her stalker, who has sent her death threats, sees her and comments on it in an email.
2. What is the "Posse Comitatus"?

Answer: a law

"The Posse Comitatus Act of 1878 prohibits the military from civilian law enforcement." In this episode, it means they cannot assassinate Shareef on American soil without a trial. But instead they redirect him to Bermuda, a non-American island, and kill him there.
3. When is the "Red Mass" traditionally held?

Answer: day before the Supreme Court opens each year

Answer: Air Force One

Any U.S. Air Force craft that carries the president is called Air Force One by air traffic controllers. In the episode "Angel Maintenance", 'Angel' is the code name for the craft, but I could find no indication that this is a real-life code name. In this episode, a light is broken, so the plane crew can't be certain if the landing gear is down, so the plane has to circle for hours.
6. What is being referred to by the episode title "Twenty-Five"?

Answer: the 25th amendment

Section III of Amendment XXV: "Whenever the President transmits to the President pro tempore of the Senate and the Speaker of the House of Representatives his written declaration that he is unable to discharge the powers and duties of his office, and until he transmits to them a written declaration to the contrary, such powers and duties shall be discharged by the Vice President as Acting President."
In this episode, the Vice President had resigned, so power was given to the Speaker of the House.

Answer: father of daughters

Answer: number of votes needed to win Democratic nomination

2162 is the minimum number of votes needed by a candidate to win the Democratic party nomination. In the episode, the three main candidates come in with no clear front runner, based on the primaries. Then a fourth candidate tries to steal votes from the delegates. Candidates and their staffs will do anything to try and sway a delegate to vote for them.

In the end, Congressman Matt Santos (played by Jimmy Smits) wins the necessary votes, beating Vice President Bob Russell, Former Vice President John Hoynes and Governor Eric Baker.
