Answer: New parts of the school have opened up

After Leon is executed (and after each subsequent class trial) new parts of the school open up for exploration which reveals more clues as to what the students are doing in the school and who is behind it. In this case, the second floor opens up in addition to the first-floor bathhouse.

The second floor contains the swimming pool, locker rooms, more classrooms, the library and accompanying archives and more bathrooms.

Answer: Byakuya

The students found Byakuya reading in the library by himself. As explained, Byakuya did not feel the need to go to breakfast with everyone else and socialize because, as much as he hated the killing game, it was the situation he was in and he intended to win. Gathering for breakfast was a rule created by the students and not a school rule, so he felt no need to follow it. Byakuya also saw the other students as competition and not friends.

Answer: Mondo

Mondo and Taka are both alpha males with clashing personalities. Mondo is the Ultimate Gang Leader and Taka is the Ultimate Moral Authority. They challenge each other to a duel to see who can last longer in the steam room. Mondo insists on keeping his clothes on to make the challenge harder, while Taka wears a towel.

The next morning, Mondo and Taka are suddenly best friends, having bonded over the experience and neither will say who won the competition.

Answer: Reveals the students' most personal secrets

Monokuma gives the students twenty-four hours to commit a murder or he will reveal everyone's personal secret. Some of the students are not bothered by this, believing no one could have a secret embarrassing enough to kill their friends over. Taka suggests they weaken Monokuma by revealing their secrets themselves but this is rejected.

Answer: A workout bag

Just before the nighttime bell rang, Celeste saw Chihiro grab a gym bag from the warehouse that had a blue workout uniform hanging out of it. She found this unusual because Chihiro was not the type to workout and Sakura and Hina, on many occasions, asked Chihiro to go to the gym with them but Chihiro would decline. Celeste mentioned this to no one except Makoto once Chihiro's body was discovered.

A group of students found Chihiro strung up on workout equipment in the girls' locker room, apparently dead from a blow to the head.

Answer: Genocide Jack

The archives contain information about Genocide Jack, an unknown serial killer. Genocide Jack's trademark is murdering young males and hanging them up on walls with scissors. Chihiro was strung up similarly though they were tied to workout equipment and not held up by scissors. Byakuya suspects Genocide Jack may an alternate personality of one of the students in the school.

Indeed, this turns out to be the case as Toko is actually Genocide Jack (though she calls herself Genocide Jill). Toko faints at the sight of blood and when she wakes up, she is in her Genocide Jill personality. The same thing happens whenever she sneezes. Genocide Jill insists she did not kill Toko as she only ever uses her scissors as a murder weapon and that she only kills young males she finds cute and Chihiro was a girl.

Answer: Boys' locker room

Chihiro was found in the girls' locker room. However, everyone is confused as to how Chihiro could enter the girls' room since the lock would only open for girls. This means the initial suspicion falls on the female students. Moreover, evidence suggests Chihiro was actually killed in the boys' locker room (which turned out to be the case). Calendars and workout mats had been swapped between the two rooms.

However, this still didn't clear up much confusion as someone was able to travel back and forth between both locker rooms.

Answer: Male

Despite what Chihiro claimed, he was actually a boy. Chihiro was physically small and frail, which embarrassed him as he did not feel masculine. He lived life as a girl because he found it easier to cope like that. This is why Chihiro declined working out with Sakura and Hina since he would be forbidden to enter the girls' locker room.

Answer: He tried to enter the girls' locker room with his e-handbook

Chihiro, knowing the secret of his true gender would be exposed, prepared himself by asking Mondo to work out with him so he could become stronger. Chihiro told Mondo his secret and then made the fatal mistake of saying he admired how tough Mondo was. Mondo became enraged when Chihiro said that because Mondo always felt weak inside, having never come to terms with being responsible for his brother's death. When Chihiro confessed he was really a boy, Mondo saw him as the tough one for admitting such a thing.

Mondo accidentally killed Chihiro in a rage. However, Mondo promised to keep Chihiro's gender a secret so Chihiro could tell the others. Mondo grabbed the late Sayaka's know unused e-handbook to gain access to the girls' locker room to make it look like Chihiro had been killed there and to conceal his true gender.

Mondo then had to destroy Chihiro's e-handbook because it contained his actual gender. Mondo previously broke his own e-handbook when he went into the steam room fully clothed since the e-handbook cannot function in high temperatures, a fact no one else knew or could have known otherwise.

Mondo had a habit of referring to males as "dude" and females as "chicks". However, at least twice between the time Chihiro's body was found and when the students learned Chihiro was a boy, Mondo called him a dude, meaning he knew Chihiro was a boy before anyone else did. Mondo also exposed himself when he mentioned the color of Chihiro's workout clothes. Celeste never mentioned the color at any point during her testimony when she suggested Chihiro and the mystery person he asked to the gym wore matching outfits. Mondo said his workout clothes were black, not blue, indicating he knew exactly what color clothes Chihiro grabbed from the locker room.

In addition, Byakuya witness Mondo leaving the girls' locker room soon after the murder. When he went to look when Mondo left the door open, he saw Chihiro dead. It was Byakuya who hung the body to make it look like Genocide Jack was the perpetrator in order to expose the serial killer's true identity.

Answer: Butter

Mondo's is executed by being tied to a motorcycle and spun very fast around a large metal ball. The ball continuously speeds up and eventually becomes electrified, transforming Mondo into a tub of butter which Monokuma then spreads on pancakes and eats.
