"Donkey Kong Country 2" Crocodile Cauldron Quiz

Just like Gangplank Galleon, Crocodile Cauldron has five levels with one boss. It also has Swanky's Bonus Bonanza, Kong Kollege, Funky's Flights II and the Monkey Museum. A new feature to this world is Klubba's Kiosk which will appear in every level following (minus the Lost World and the Flying Krock).

An animal buddy appears in every world except for Kannon's Klaim and Kleever's Kiln. In Hot Head Hop you will find Squitter who will help you get the DK coin, and get to one bonus area. In Lava Lagoon two animal buddies appear. One most would forget is Clapper the Seal because you don't ride him but his role is vital in this world as he cools the water to swimming temperature. EnGuarde will also appear in this level.

In Red-Hot Ride, Rambi will appear which will help you access a bonus level with his Supercharge. And in Squawk's Shaft, obviously Squawks will appear, which has a more vital purpose than in "Donkey Kong Country."

You can access the bonus barrel with a team toss, however you won't be able to get the token without Squitter. This bonus game requires you to cross a lava-filled chasm and you need Squitter's platform webs in order to get to it. The first bonus area is accessed by a Kannon and Kannonball.

This requires you to collect all the stars by bouncing on Krocheads. The second bonus you need Squitter to access and you need to spin platform webs up, like the bananas indicate to find the Kremcoin in the top of the narrow cavern.

In order to get the DK Coin you need Dixie. Dixie can helicopter spin over to the first bonus barrel. When you enter the bonus area skip the first two character barrel and helicopter spin off the ledge to the right and you will find the DK Coin underneath a Dixie barrel. The DK Coins that are found on an end target are found in Mudhole Marsh and in Web Woods.

Clapper will blow cool air into the lava filled water to make it cool enough to swim in. In some of the longer stretches you may need to hop on Clapper more than once especially when you get into the passage with EnGuarde in it and when you're in the passage with the invincibility barrel and the DK Coin.

Answer: Kruncha

Kruncha is the big muscular turquoise Kremling that can only be taken out by animal buddies, a team toss, or barrels. The first bonus area can be found by using Rambi shortly before the No Animal Sign. A joke about this level taken from the strategy guide is, "Where is Cranky when you need him? Some of his hot air would help in this perilous stage!"

Another 8 answer! There are three Bonus barrels to find and a DK Coin as well. The first Bonus barrel can be found by jumping all the way to the right on the two ledges with the two Krooks or by using some barrels over some Zingers. The second one can be found shortly before Squawks by jumping as far as you can to the left on the ledge with the Save Barrel.

The third one along with the Bonus Barrel can be found guarded by two Krooks shortly after the N.

Kleever is first wielded by a lava being in which he must be hit three times with a Kannonball. He then comes back free in which me must again be hit three times. He wields fireballs and every time you hit him you must dash to the other side of the lava pit utilizing hooks that are provided.
