Towards the end of the game, the White Kin is attacked at the Dark People's Library. Her fate is unknown. We don't see her attacker but we know she has recognised her attacker.

After Faith 'died' in Stark, she somehow got trapped in the Winter, the realm of dreams. Through this world she caused a lot of problems to the Wire and by that caused many deaths. Zoe is connected to the dreamer so she can travel to the Winter and convince Faith to let go.

Although Zoe lay in coma at the end of the game, her mind/spirit arrived at the Storytime, where she is greeted by the Vagabond. He asks her to tell him her story, and so she tells him the story from the beginning, just as the opening scene of the game.
