Hades is hidden in Memoria when you find him he warns you to leave and if you don't a rather difficult battle ensues. When you emerge Victorious from this battle Hades has a change of heart and becomes a Synth Shop for you. There is one particular item that only he can synth.

This is the Pumice which can be made from two Pumice Pieces (there are only two Pumice Pieces in the entire game) this is the only way to teach Dagger/Garnet her Ultimate Eidolon Attack Ark. He is also the only Synth Shop that can make Save the Queen which is a Sword for General Beatrix but this is pointless as at this point in the game you never use Beatrix again so there is no reason to Synth this.

The wrong answers are all made up but Chaos is actually a Limit Break for the character Vincent in "Final Fantasy VII".

However when you get into a spot of trouble in Clerya he appears and saves Zidane and his friends. Unfortunately for Freya Sir Fratley has lost his memory and does not remember her. She is gutted by this but says she is satisfied to know that Sir Fratley is alive.

At the ending you see Sir Fratley say that he loves Freya but she says (in her head) she is still upset he does not remember their past.

Madain Sari was a village of Summoner's (Garnet was originally from here and escaped with her mother who died, she was then adopted by the King and Queen of Alexandria and raised as a Princess). Garland used the invincible to destroy the village as he feared the power of the Summoner's Eidolons and he thought they might interfere with his plans for Gaia so he got rid of them.
