1. The first character you meet is Zidane. How old is he?

Answer: 16

Zidane is 16 when you first meet him, and his older brother Kuja is 24. Zidane is a thief, and his weapon of choice is dual-wielded daggers.

2. Zidane is part of a 'terrorist' group called Tantalus. Who is the strong kid with a bandana on his head?

Answer: Marcus

Marcus, Cinna and Blank are all part of Tantalus. Cinna is the chubby one. Their leader is Baku - also the first boss fight in the game.

3. We soon encounter a young kid in the streets of Alexandria named Vivi. What is his speciality?

Answer: Black Magic

Vivi is a quiet Black Mage, who joins Zidane to find out why he was created. He is able to use the elements and slow and stop time, and even inflict people with annoying status ailments.

4. Inside the castle, a chubby man in armour is walking around. What is his name?

Answer: Steiner

Steiner is the captain of the Knights of Pluto, who follows Zidane to protect the Princess. He wears a full suit of armour and also owns the most powerful sword in the game - Excalibur.

5. Inside the castle, the princess is missing. What is her fake name? (without changing it)

Answer: Dagger

Garnet picks a fake name in order to sneak around Gaia without being discovered by her mother. her full name is Garnet Til Alexandros the Seventeenth.

Quale is a professional chef and instructs Quina to go in search of food throughout the world. He is also a boss fight - one of the hardest in the game.

Lani attacks you first in the tunnels with an oversized axe, and then at Madain Sari, Amarant challenges Zidane to a one-on-one duel. He then offers to join your party.

Zidane marries Dagger, and she plays along, but only till they get out of the village, and then she quits. Vivi marries Quina, but as soon as they get out, Quina runs off after Eiko's moogle, Mog.

10. For the last two boss battles, you have to fight them consecutively. Which ones are they? (in the right order!)

Answer: Trance Kuja and Necron

After you fight Deathguise, you may go back and save, but after the battle with Trance Kuja, you go straight into the battle with the deathbringer, Necron.
