I find that the bomb glove is really handy for those slightly larger enemies on Veldin (before you find Clank) and Novalis (i.e. the medium-sized robots)."Makes a great gift!"-Game developers

2. Which of these weapons can NOT be upgraded to a gold version?

Answer: Walloper

Surprisingly, the Morph-O-Ray can be upgraded to a gold version, even though you get it for free on Oltanis. Once upgraded, not only will it turn your enemies into chickens, but giant chickens that explode when another enemy attacks them!

3. What is the most effective weapon against Chairman Drek at the end of the game?

Answer: R.Y.N.O.

The R.Y.N.O., short for "Rip Ya a New One", fires a barrage of homing missiles at enemies, making it probably the most powerful weapon in the game. Unfortunately, it carries a hefty price tag of 150,000 bolts, and must be purchased from a black-market salesman on Planet Rilgar.

Answer: Walloper

The Walloper becomes available on Planet Gaspar and is very effective against smaller enemies who use close-range attacks. It is also good for the money-conscious space traveller, as it doesn't use any ammo.

Answer: Shoots missiles

The device that makes Ratchet look like a robot is clled the hologuise, and is a gadget rather than a weapon. The Walloper punches opponents, and the Morph-O-Ray turns them into chickens.

Answer: Tesla Claw

I find that the Tesla Claw does really well against those robots on Planet Oltanis and Planet Quartu that shoot their own beams of electricity at you. Sort of a way to fight fire with fire.

The Gold Devastator is really fun because the missile 'bounces' around after you shoot it, eliminating multiple enemies at once. Truly fun for the whole family!

8. Which of these weapons can be used to lure enemies into force-fields and what not?

Answer: Taunter

The Taunter makes funny noises like whistles and honks, but use it with caution as enemies will come at you whether there is a force field separating you or not.

9. What weapon sends out an 'egg' that hatches into little robots that run up to your enemies and explode?

Answer: Glove of Doom

The little dudes that come out of the egg are called 'Agents of Doom', though they're not so little after you get the gold version!
