Mew is #151 in the National Pokédex and can learn every TM/HM move in the game. It is a pink, cat-like Pokémon that is believed to be the ancestor of all Pokémon.

Arceus is #493 in the National Pokédex. In the Generation 4 games, Arceus can only be obtained if the player has the Azure Flute. This Pokémon is a normal type but this can be changed using the plates that are found all over the Sinnoh region.

This clue was referring to Latios; this dragon/psychic Pokémon (#381 in the National Pokédex) is a roaming Pokémon in 'Pokémon Ruby' and 'Pokémon Emerald' if the player chose the colour blue when prompted. If the player chose red in this game, the roaming Pokémon would be Latias, the other half of the Eon Duo. Latios is male and predominantly blue in colour.
